The emergency room is very unofficial. You're sitting in the emergency room Bay for more than 10 hours waiting to be seen by a doctor. Never any pillows and very skimpy on the blankets.

Terrible communication and phone answering. I called for my stepdaughters dr and was hung up on 3x and when answered i was met with a very rude receptionist who interrupted me as i was telling her my reason and chuckled when i didn't know who the name of the nurse was. Unprofessional
