The items and prices are awesome but just in the last two months every time I go to this location by myself or with my kids the employees are so rude and just flat out ignore customer also it's says they close at 9:30 but they start turning lights off at 8:30

Very bad experience with a team member. She was insanely rude and not helpful what so ever I will never return back to this marshall’s. I believe her name is Sahian and she has green hair and is a bit on the heavy side.

I had a very bad experience with a team member named sahian. She was awfully rude towards other staff members yelling across the store. She had lots of attitude and she brought my overall customer experience down.

I had a bad experience here while replacing, returning, and keeping an item. They refunded a wrong item that I was not returning, which caused confusion on their end, including me. It looked like returning another item that had already been returned on their end and having an item that was not paid yet under my possession, even though I was not aware that they mistakenly refunded on their system to my card. So when I went back to them, I was looking like asking for another refund even though I am not aware it’s already been refunded because their first cashier who handled the exchange chose the wrong amount that went to a refund. They treated me like an idiot, and I cannot understand the situation even though the mistake happened on their end.
This should not be tolerated. If you guys keep making these mistakes, Customers like me will be treated unfairly or mistakenly like swindlers. The security guard also kept eyeing me because I kept turning my head to look for the cashier and another guy who assisted me.
I feel embarrassed and will not go back there again.

This Marshall’s is well stocked with great variety of items at affordable prices. It’s clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and you can see them constantly organizing and rearranging the store while you’re shopping. Good location with free parking and other stores and restaurants near by. It’s a very good store.

Ok to average close were odd leftovers type. Clearance items priced well. If shopping and just picking up random items this is the spot for you. Lines very slow

Very dissatisfied due to cashier issue with systems. My debit card was charged more 3xs after i cancel one purchase. I hope this never has to happen to anyone.
