HORRIBLE TOW COMPANY. My car was towed from berwyn due to not having a permit past 6pm. I went to the tow yard and they were closed. Owner REFUSED to allow me to get my apartment keys or backpack from the car even though I proved ownership. I did not have a place to sleep for the entire night! (No wallet with debit card). Called the police ano was able to get my ID (forced to by PD) but owner refused to release my wallet. Horrible place! Owner will be hearing from our lawyer

0 STARS! PETE will be the downfall of this business. He’s rude, unprofessional, yells at women or anyone for that matter, and lacks common decency. Everyone will know about his behavior and the fact that he works for you, so that we all know to steer clear of him and this business. I see this isn’t the first time someone has complained about him either. Guess you guys really don’t care about your reputation. Only good things I’ve heard is when people aren’t dealing with him. Horrible person on the clock and apparently off the clock.

Tow yard refuses to let us take pictures of the vehicle they towed and they are making it extremely difficult to process a claim. Garbage company.

Teddy @ metro is the best. My car was severely damaged by being back ended. Teddy made sure my car was done right. Loks like new. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
