If you want garbage Internet, the metro is the one where you pay for a good coverage service and what they have for antennas is pure rubbish. This month, I definitely changed company for 9 years with them and from a year ago their quality went down. 100 to a 10, this is how filthy and garbage the service is

I went to buy a new phone case and screen protector. Nora said looked at my phone and said she gave me the correct one. She didnt even offer to install them for me like they use to when you get a new phone. I didn't realize until i was putting it on myself that it was the wrong one. I went back and asked for the correct case and screen protector. She said no problem. But before she would exchange the items, she made me put the wrong items back in the cases, pulled up the google reviews on my phone herself and told me to give her a good review. I did so can get the exchange and left. Again, she didn't even apply the protector. Not only that, but I was forced to open a new account because my phone old phone battery was not charging. The large guy who opened on Sunday was late 10min, couldn't open my account, got it locked because the OTP code was being sent to my phone that was broken and I couldn't receive it. Said there's nothing he can do. I lost my phone number while having to spend more money to open a new account. So messed up. This location is horrible.

Had the worst experience there. Tried to return an accessory and the same girl that helped me claimed she told me that I wouldn’t be able to but she didn’t. Then she tried to brush me off and tell me to speak to a manager later after confirming the manager wouldn’t be able to help me return the accessory either. Also told me to go find another solution After going back and forth with her she then cursed at me on my way out of the store. NEVER going to another Metro ever again.

Highly not recommend. They don’t explain anything to you about the finance through smart pay. I called when I got home. I wanted to know how to make the payments and where to. I had no idea. They should be trained better to explain to customers how the process works. She got kind of rude saying download app and call them. We have nothing to do with it. Won’t ever go there anymore. Very disappointed. ?

Today at approximately 11 am I went to this metro store to request that a service be added and I told the girl that I needed to add a service and she told me to talk to customer service, obviously she had already done it but she didn't give me the answer. option that I needed, that's why I left there anyway and I thought the employee's attitude was bad, I went to another store and they helped me there

Lily at Metro by t mobile ,she helped me with everything she was such a big help to me pleasant. she's got the work done that I need her to do and I am so happy that I come to her and I will always come back to her. She's a great employee.

The girl who helped add a line was amazing, patient and super friendly. However they charge me $35 for a SIM card plus tax and $23 for activation to add a line when I brought my own phone. SIM card price seems excessive.

Very grateful to Lilly, Who was very helpful and answered all the questions proposed and service was 5 star
