We took our furry babies they are great a bit pricey but it’s all worth it at the end. We now know because we decided to do the shots for a lower price and took our puppies to the Cicero dog pound at first and our puppy had a bad allergic reaction to one of the shots. We tried calling and no answer and when we did they had no idea what we had to do to help our puppy that was having trouble breathing. We rushed our puppies to VCG where they saved our puppy. Never again will we risk our babies. We rather take our babies to a real Vet Dr than to take them to the Cicero dog pound where they have auxiliary Officers conduct shots without knowing what they are doing.

My pets have been going to Dr. Girald for many years. We followed her to Berwyn when LaGrange Park closed. She is super responsive and her follow up is exceptional. We have also gone to Dr. Baumgartner several times and she was also very caring.

I find it amazing and ridiculous that during these times any establishment that is supposed to help you care for your pet won't let you purchase food that is in stock and have a prescription for from another vca animal hospital that is out of stock. receptionist extremely rude and they want you to pay for their assessment when I've already had my cat assessed at another vca facility and purchased food from them multiple occasions, absolutely ridiculous.

Took great care of my dog Daisy that had severe vomiting. Kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend! Daisy also loved the vet, not very common among animal clinics!

As an experience they are inhumane and clearly don't care about animal lives, long story short, my dog was given back to me even though he was in critical condition, not to mention poorly wrapped just because we didn't have the full amount of money and were told that we'd face the same luck with any other vet, we went to another nearby hospital and soon as one of the nurses saw him I just had to sign a permission paper allowing for the surgery, my dog was immediately put into surgery and I didn't have to pay a single penny until after the surgery and in the end MY DOG'S LIFE WAS SAVED EVEN WITHOUT THE MONEY FIRST .

I am still in disbelief that this happened. What horribly callous staff and doctors. Last evening, my15 year old Yorkie was dying. I called VCA- BERWYN and explained the situation. They told me I could bring Beau in. The VCA was open until 8 pm. Aria, the attendant I spoke with, asked us to be there before 7:30 pm. We arrived at 6:45. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I was very concern with my cat, and they were able to keep me calm and updated on everything that was going on. They also did nothing that was not urgent without my consent. They treated my cat so well, and next time I need to see a vet I will definitely be bringing my cat back there.

I had to put my little furry friend to sleep last week, I was going back and forth to vca for about a month and all the doctors and the techs, where so nice and caring to my self and my Cat Junior, Then it came saturday that I could no longer stand to see my little buddy go through any more pain and suffering I got their at 9am and as soon as I walked in with him in my arms Dr. Baumgartner saw us and new what was up, she brought us into a room and explained everything to me and did the procedure to put him to rest and sent him to cat nip heaven, Again all that work here are the best in my book for caring for your furry family member.
