I dropped off my clothes at this cleaner, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everything came back perfectly cleaned, neatly pressed, and looking brand new. The turnaround time was fast, and the staff was super friendly and professional. They really take care of your clothes and pay attention to details. Definitely my go-to spot for drop-off cleaning — highly recommend!

It wasn’t a bad experience but there was communication issues. The woman I dropped my pieces off to told me she need to ask the owner if a specific item could be clean. then she never called me back like she said she would. so I called to see if they could clean item and got told that oh it still has tags on it. Everything has tags on it. OK clean it? I’ve never been told by cleaner that they couldn’t clean something because it had tags on it so they kind of threw me off, and then he proceeded to tell me oh well everything has tags on it. Why do you need it cleaned? so I told him either he can clean it or I can just come and get the items I have sensitive skin I need my clothing before I put them on and these were delicate dress items that I didn’t feel comfortable washing on my own or I would have.
