Messed up my billing and made me move units after I had moved in. The only way to find a cart is for the office to be open, and that seems to be at random. Right now I'm standing in the facility, listening to an employee have a phone call, knocking on the locked door, getting no response. It's noon on a Friday, during open hours.
Put the carts where they are available to the people who pay to keep their stuff here.
Edit: again, here on a Tuesday. Two trips between noon and 2:30pm. Office is locked, no carts. Unbelievable.

I had perfect customer service from Thair. He was patient, courteous and thorough at explaining. I recommend this storage facility. It’s clean and offers everything you’re looking for in storage space.

Dil did awesome job she assisted me from the beginning to the end. Public Storage she’s a keeper and you need more managers like her. Dil I appreciate you and everything you helped me with. The facility is also very safe, clean, pest-free and secured to leave my things. I’d recommend this facility and the staff anytime any day!
