I've been coming here for 10+ years. Cruz, Chuy & all the guys are awesome mechanics. There is a reason the shop is always busy! They give Quality service...they will tell you what you need now, what you might need to change in the future, they let you know if your car is even worth working on. I had a very old car I kept asking cruz to fix (just to avoid having a car note again) and he told me he felt bad because I was just dumping money into a car that needed a lot of work and was not worth fixing and it's better to get a new car. He could have just kept charging me everytime something new happened but he didn't and I really appreciate him not taking advantage of me (a woman). I dont have a dad, brother or uncle to help me with car stuff and when I go there I always feel like I'm being taken care of by family. 100 percent recommend.

They said they replaced my spark plugs! Out 250$! Spark plugs was not the problem! They told my son the car is not worth working on! I was overcharged and my car still doesn’t run! Went to see my car Saturday early morning before opening. My car and another car had beer cans on the trunk of cars! Shame on this place!

Got an oil change and they were really quick! The mechanic also gave me recommendations on repairs that my car will need in the future and he was upfront about it as well. Price was also extremely fair. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible service, I took my car to have a catalytic converter installed ($700), a Chevy Cruze and the catalytic converter was defective, I took it back so they could fix it, I picked it up and the same thing happened again, I took it for the third time after a week My car wouldn't start, they gave me the number of a tow truck, they told me to call them, well I called the tow truck service and by chance they already knew that my car wouldn't start, well I told them that I wanted to be present when they checked my car. Which one didn't do it came out and told me it was the starter and they charged me $325 plus the tow truck, I asked them to give me the starter that they had changed and they told me that they couldn't give it to me and that if I wanted it I had to give them 50 $ more and I told them why? If I paid for a new one, they told me it was a change, I didn't even come back here and I felt all this was dishonest, I felt like they were charging them the three times they had to change the catalytic converter for their terrible job that they don't know how to do and now they tell me that my battery is not going to last, who knows so many other things, but I do not recommend this place, on top of that they charge as if they work well??
