My second time here the first time was great I got no chip manicure and pedicure about a month ago I came back today to just get a no chip manicure and the older guy did a terrible job. He took my old polish off just using the rotary grinder and my nails feel paper thin now and one is already chipped he also did not put enough coats in my opinion I will not be back here again š”

I've been going here for years have always had an amazing experience with Tweety doing my eyebrows and Dennis and Vinny doing my manicure and pedicure I even have my mom and my aunt going there they travel 30 + minutes to go to them

Eyebrow lady is super good and fast,the only reason I change was because the nail serve is the worst the older lady š has amnshowing her how I want my nail then she goes you to picky am the only one at the nail salon I got their at like 930 then she said the nails I pick to hard al I wanted was a gold line with a little diamond then she like .. pulling on my hand āļø then she's like watch TV don't look at me doing nail then she's like listen to music.. I did question on how did she not now how to do those nail I was so confused seem like she hates her job š³

Iāve been going here to get my eyebrows done for years by Tweet who is amazing! The only reason I gave it two stars was because I decided to try to kill time and get a pedicure and my eyebrows done from the same place. This was my first time getting a pedicure from this business and I was very hopeful. The women that did my pedicure was very rude. Before I could even get my feet in the water she was fussing about me having my arm on the table that she wanted to let down.
So I removed my arm and apologized then while she doing my feet she kept pulling them with force. Which I brushed off because some people are more heavy handed than others. What took the cake was when it was time for me to have my polish dried she tells me to go under the dryer. She didnāt walk me to where it was so Iām just walking blankly to find it. And when she realized that there was no access to it she just sat me in one of the salon chairs with the foam between my toes and flip flops still on. NO DRYER OR ANYTHING HELPING TO DRY MY POLISH BY THE WAY!!!!! The male manicurist is the one who looked and seen that I had no drying on my feet and helped me by providing a fan.
BUT WAIT THERES MORE!! Iām sitting there drying my feet and she proceeds to walk up and tell me āYou should be done by nowā so instead of just arguing I try to remove the foam and she abruptly grabs it before I can grab it off. She literally snatch my shoes off and the foam between my toes with no care if she messed up the polish.
I will not be returning here not even for eyebrows because that experience was just uncalled for because I only said 2 things to here which was āIām sorryā (for laying my arm on the armrest) and āokā (when she was telling me to go get driedā I would not recommend going to her for a pedicure or manicure honestly.

Iām not sure if they are too fond of black people here. This was me and my momās second time visiting this salon and we were treated bad. The stylists had an attitude with my mom and told her the plumber couldnāt make it after my mom asked if they could make her foot water hotter. She sat and got her feet done in really cold water. . Her stylist were pulling her hands and being really rough. My pedicure stylist had my water excruciating hot and when I asked to add cold, he proceeded to tell me, āyour mom said it was cold. Which one is it?ā He then proceeded to take my feet out the water and rinse my entire feet off with freezing cold water and let the water out, while mumbling under his breath. The bottom of my feet were so dry and he didnāt even bother scraping off the dead skin (the only reason I come and get my feet done ). My pedicure was so rushed and my feet are so dry and cracked after leaving here. My heels hurt. I asked for my nails to be done a certain way. Short and cute with French tip and it just looks weird. And theyāre so dry and painful near my cuticles. My feet never looked like this nor hurt like this. I almost cried because I was so frustrated. I didnāt understand why we were being treated this way but this will be my last time here. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience š

Got a pedicure done and enjoyed it but the real mvp here was tweety who did my brows. I had stopped having anyone do my brows bc every time theyād end up paper thin and like them more on the medium side and she absolutely understood the assignment. Thanks again tweety!

My fingers are in so much pain!! The man who did my nails has gray hair he was super rough while using the drill I have cuts on each finger. On top of the pain my nails came out terrible!! Super sloppy work! Last time I go there.

The lady with the bun I forgot to ask for her name but sheās the one that ādoes nailsā was ridiculously rough with my fingers. It is common for her to do this to the clients based on previous reviews but I didnāt do my research before coming here! So my advise would be please chose someone else there to do your nails preferably the man since Iāve gotten my nails done by him before and they were worth coming back to this place until I experienced this unprofessional woman who did the most with the twisting and pulling on my fingers. Donāt say I didnāt warn you lol

Guy who did my nails did everything perfect in less than 25 min
Lady who did my pedicure took her time to deep clean everything came out so pretty, no errors and nothing hurt! Everyone is so nice!

so so bad first of all we had a appointment at 530 did not sit n a chair till 630 horrible service my sister got her manicure done she bleed from it saw away her real nail so bad it bleed my 5 yr old went for a mani an pedicure gave her no water jus paint her nails an that's it an charge me 25 for her only an told me u want water well 5 more my nails a horrible noting I wanted did not clean the dead skin I wanted them to an Dennis the owner said no no my nails r not even not file down horrible rude never will go back there ever.
