Very professional, repairs were done quicker than I expected. The lady behind the counter went out of her way, to make sure that I had a rental car, even though I originally told her that I didn't need one. It was near closing time and Enterprise told me they had nothing in the lot till the next day. Not only did she get them to rent me a car, but she stayed in contact with me until they picked me up. From start to finish they made the experience, a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend.

Great and quick service, would definitely bring my car here again!
Went to many other shops and nobody else could figure it out, but Ron took care of within a day.
Front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly! Overall great experience!

My car was side swiped. I brought my car in on a Monday and was able to pick it up Friday of the same week. My car looks great. The staff are friendly, professional, and prompt.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Where do i begin. I have full coverage on my car. I had damage but my car drove absolutely fine. I finally got the funds to pay for the deducible so i continued with my claim and took my car to Ron's. With a few days it being there i call for an update they let me know the parts are ordered and don't have a time frame.. which is fine. Few days later i get a call from my insurance that it is totaled. I retain the car and pick it up from Ron with the grill and headlight out.. no problem which i understand this needs to be done. I drive it for a day and my check engine light comes on. Again.. i drove this car with the damage for 6 MONTHS and the light did not come on!!! 5 years having my car it has NEVER came on until bringing it there. I call and ask for a report of what was done. Ron (THE OWNER) gets on the phone and raises his voice at me that I'm accusing them of this and that. I explained i am not looking for them to fix it or holding them liable but i just wanted to understand why it was on... they could take parts from my car without me even knowing!!!!!! He then texts my number continuing the argument which is SOOO unprofessional. I signed an agreement for them to take apart to give an estimate so this is a loss on my end. They still get the $500 deductible and my car worse than i brought it. Instead of being kind and helping someone who needs to drive this car for a little longer because I'm concerned for safety reasons they just yell at me. I will NEVER bring my car here again or refer anyone to the most rudest and unprofessional business i have ever experienced.

They just tried skimming me from fixing my car, said I didn’t mention everything that was damaged during a crash which I did 2 times to a blonde lady teller who tended us, ended up keeping my car for a month or close to and decided to leave half the job done, overall bad customer service communication and would not recommend them to take your car to fix under insurance coverage, shameful practices and be wary

My husband and I have been working with Ron and his knowledgeable, kind and welcoming staff for several years. I am so grateful for Ron and Becky for their generosity over the years. I was involved in a car accident with my toddler son and was a very traumatic time for my family and I. A tow truck was sent immediately and took my car and belongings back to Ron's shop for safe keeping until the extent of the damage was determined. This task was completed swiftly. I have been working with Becky, lead specialist in the front office, for several years. Becky is welcoming, warm and extremely helpful with any needs I would have. She and Ron's team have taken such wonderful care of us and I am fortunate to have built a strong foundation with Ron and his team. Ron and his team make arrangements quickly to accommodate your needs, especially when having gone through something traumatic, or not. It is helpful during times of uncertainty, worry and knowing that I need my car to be in great shape. The value you get by taking your automobile/classic car/truck (anything on wheels) is beyond compare, you will get excellent customer service and outstanding results with Ron's strong, hard working and tenured staff. You know you have found a special place at Ron's R&B Autobody in Berwyn, IL. If I lived in a surrounding state, I would have my car transported to Ron because I know my car will look like new, the quality of service is at its best and Ron, Becky and his team are good people. It is few and far between you find individuals that truly care about service, results and building relationships. I know I found these, and many more qualities, in those who are a part of Ron's team.
