Went here today (01/16/25)
to buy 12-15 gallons of interior paint for my basement remodel. When I arrived the entrance door was locked. After staring at me for a long moment, one of the employees came and opened the door and just continued to look at me awkwardly until I said “Hi, are you open?” He gave me a brief nod and walked away. So I started walking around the store trying to figure out what type of paint I needed, thinking somebody would come and ask if I needed help shortly. After 20 minutes of walking around, clearly in need of assistance, none of the several employees standing around chatting w each other approached or spoke to me whatsoever, so I left and went to Benjamin Moore in La Grange, where they were very friendly and helpful. Can’t remember ever having such a strange / uncomfortable experience as a customer. I will certainly not be going back when I paint the exterior of my home this summer.

staff was awesome, extremely helpful, paint is great too. Covered mostly in one coat and looks great, apprectiate all of the staffs recommendations.

The sales associate was very polite, helpful and accommodating. With the frequent specials that Sherwin-Williams offers, the prices are affordable and the paint quality is excellent!

We've been sourcing our interior paints at this store since we moved to Berwyn. They did a remarkably good job at matching our existing colors, meaning we can often just touch up without having to paint the entire wall! The location is good and there's parking. The staff are patient, courteous, and often speak more than one language - Spanish being especially useful in Berwyn. Sherwin-Williams products are of course very good, so that almost goes without saying. This store has complimentary coffee while you browse color selections, and there's also an area where painters can leave their cards. We actually found our painters via their information they'd left in this store, so that made one task much easier. This is a swell store that's friendly, helpful, and tranquil.

Edit: This store has a very helpful and friendly. Ivette and her staff helped me figure out how much paint I needed for the job. They also help with a mystery color my contractor use. Will shop again...again as many times the wife says...lol
