The lady followed me around, like if I couldn't look around because it's my first time in the store, they don't open at the hours they should the customer service is really bad

Terrible customer service lady kept following me and saying if your not shopping you have leave.than I was accused of messing around when all I did was use the bathroom and ask about a price of a bike overall 1Star👎 never going there again.

Everyone has a bad day, I guess. Including the sole employee I saw in the store about 11am this weekday.I wanted to know about masonry drill bits. I made it clear that I didn't know much about them.She took me to where the drill bits were and left me "to my own devices," if you will. I asked her about self-tapping screws and she started looking through other drill bits on display there."Excuse me, but I was asking about self-tapping screws. Why are you looking at drill bits here?""Oh," she said abruptly, and took me to the aisle with screws. "Well, here's the screws," she said helpfully, and threw up her hands and slapped them on her thighs, as if to say, "What more do you expect from me?"Wow! I was aghast. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store.But I don't think this woman cared that she'd just lost a potential repeat customer.This is a nice enough store and seems well-stocked, but this brief encounter left me leery of returning to the place.I would call this "Service with a sigh" if there'd been any service involved.

The reviews are correct! This place is a one-stop shop. Very customer service oriented. Friendly staff/owner. They have an excellent selection of items.
