Purchased a phone at this store on holiday promotion. Used the $800 trade in credit and paid additional money With my credit card to pay it off come to find out. It still shows as money due on the bill because they give a credit each month. If I would have known that I could have got the most expensive phone AND NOT PAUD $230 EXTRA $ for no reason. Not transparent at all. BUYER BEWARE! Will not be back.

It is very impolite that you cannot speak to a human being in the city or state that you live in to ask a question. I have been a customer for over 15 years. This is the worst service that I have ever seen.

Pits of communication! Been with this company nearly 20 years. They act like they don't want to do any work, and assist a customer with understanding technology or a bill!

This place is so sad. The boy who helped us was a joke and all he did was make a joke of us because we didn't know the latest tech. I have called corporate about him and what he did and said to us. Then when we got our bill it was nothing but a bigger joke. He did nothing but deceive us into "buying some that was supposed to be free", ended up on the bill over $389.00.

I have to say that I received exceptional service this past week from rep Cruz at this location. I walked in and he was very welcoming, friendly, professional and most of all was able to take care of what we needed. He was very knowledgeable in the products, business and personal options. Definitely will continue going to this location. Thank you Cruz for giving great customer service!

Great store worked there for 2 years everything in the store is Nordstrom everything in the store it's 80% off when I work there Canada Goose coat went for 129 that was over 6 years ago in Yorktown Mall

Me and my husband walked in. Spoke to Luis nice salesman. But he took advantage of our niceness. After the sale he gives this nice speech here is my number. Call if you have any problems. and when we had questions he ignored our calls to help us . It was for his advantage. (Commission) . Having to deal with Adam ( sales manager) was a huge mistake. He is the most aggressive arrogant person in that store. Hoping that no one should have to deal with him . you probably won't get to share your experience. Because he wouldn't give you a chance to speak. He loves to talk over you. And like to prove that he right when he doesn't know the situation . Wow what a headache. Remember that name ADAM.. I asked to speak to the manager Yatsie she didn't take the time to show her face. That's sad once they make a sale customer are ignored and punished to the side. Poor management. Always look at your receipt before leaving the store .to check if the sales person added extra fees without explaining . They will do that.

People are not wrong about this place. Left frustrated with them telling my husband he basically didn’t know how to read and the promo said “up to $1000 off” when it didn’t say it anywhere. I got to my car and I noticed they quoted the wrong phone plan and that is why the promotion wasn’t working. Just go elsewhere.

I'm writing this review from inside the store now. I came in approximately 15 minutes ago. Only person who acknowledged me was the security guard. Another person came in about 10 minutes after me. He was greet and "checked in." I didn't even know I needed to be checked in, but okay...Finally, a rep comes over and asks "What brings you in today?"She got me going, but there should be a better check-in system in place because that was annoying.
