The pharmacy is understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous. I spent 1 hour in the drive through with five cars ahead of me. Every time I go for my prescription, it’s a 45 minute to an hour wait time.

I asked the pharmacy tech a question about using a lancet for skincare based on previous experience with a nurse. The tech got the pharmacist who called me to the consultation counter and just starting yelling No repeatedly at me. At some point, I interrupted her and asked if I need to see a doctor. She then responded loud enough for all in earshot to hear that the infection would spread all over my face and ear. I walked away embarrassed after my public chastisement. Hey, Walgreens! What ever happened to HIPAA, or just good bed-side manner? Did I break the law by asking such a question? It's incredulous that the medical profession wonders why people distrust doctors. So, for those that may not know, be careful what you ask "the experts".

Truly bad customer service. Over an hour to fill a prescription that they had told me was already filled, then acted like I was being rude asking, after forty minutes, what the status was.
Save yourself some trouble and pick another pharmacy.

Horrible customer service! I went there to return a package for Fedex and the girl there was no help! It's always something with this store from the pharmacy to the the cashiers up front. They don't like to help people. Every time I need help they give me attitude.

Truly the worst Walgreens I have ever been in. the whole store is dirty and staff are rarely around or helpful. And the wait times at the pharmacy are ridiculous. The craziest story was when I had an APPOINTMENT for a flu or covid vaccine and then waited, and waited, and waited, and waited...while tons of other people with subsequent appointments backed up. Turns out that the pharmacist had just decided that he would let dozens of people wait/accumulate for a couple hours--so he could prepare all their shots at once and then administer them all at once, for his own convenience. I kid you not. I honestly don't know how Walgreens corporate allows this to continue. So bad for their brand.

This store customer service is the worst. Corporate need to do something about it ASAP. Is always the same everytime I go to pick up my dad's prescriptions. The wait time to pick up a prescription is literally about 20 to 30 mins. Today I went around 10:00 pm to pick up my dad's prescription and I went thru the drive thru. I wait about 15 mins for someone to come out to the window. Once they came they gave me the total and made me wait another 10 mins . Them another person came and took my credit card and waited other 5 mins . This is not acceptable. I hope corporate read this and do something about soon. Maybe they need to hire more people.

If I could zero i absolutely would without hesitation. The staff is horrible especially the shift that wears glasses and black. She should be fired. She’s incompetent. She gives you attitude.

I should have took all these negative reviews into consideration. My prescription was accepted at 9 am and I got no response till 6 pm when I reached out and they told me it wouldn’t be ready till the next day after 11 am! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional! By the way they did have it in stock it’s just they most likely wanted the next shift to deal with it, never again will I go to this location.

This is a pharmacy a pharmacy that has one customer service representative every single time and a line of 5-8 people. Medications are never ready , out of stock. Ready but mot ready. They do everything but pharmacy.
