Excellent store excellent customer service was helped by multiple team members from everything regarding phone activation technical difficulties and they got it done quick. Also had questions about my billing and got reasonable and understandable responses and answers. Was also able to drop off old box’s and receive new ones as well overall. It got busy once I entered the location but was still waited on and addressed in a timely manner and fashion. This will be my go to location for all future xfinity needs.

Worst business practices. Seems everyone working at xfiniy says it is not their job and give you an 800 number. 800 number says same.

Customer service was great!!! Very friendly and helpful as soon as I walk in. They have a great system one rep greets you at door finds out what you need and sign you in. And then another rep comes and assists you we there are available. Like that you don’t have to walk in wait and find someone to talk to and ask for help. They Makes it a smooth process

Bad business still use wall cable. Seriously? No wireless modem? Big hassle if you rent. Landlords don't want ugly wires hanging out of their walls. Received old big ugly rectangular black modem. Returned to exchange, store rep. Stated they don't carry any off wall modems. Returned modem canceled agreement and walked my happy butt to T-Mobile.Wasted ,days ,hours ,minutes -even.

You can't talk to a live person. My tv and internet has not worked consistently for over a week. I keep resetting the system, and it works for less than an hour and then stops working. I try to get a person to talk to schedule a technician to come out - but I can never get a person to reschedule. They just keep restarting my system, but won't let me talk to someone. They are the worst!

Staff where amazing, but experience from start to finish was riddled with issues that could have been avoided if I was able to interact directly with staff the whole time instead of Xfinitys system full of glitches. The website kept in giving me error messages when at the end of the process of ordering my service. Going in to the store was pleasant. The staff member Nelly was super progressional and helpful. Setting up my modem was a never-endingnightmare due to Xfinitys self service system. The representative on the phone was super nice, but I wouldn't have had to bspend a half hour trying to figure it out on my own plus spending a half hour on the phone trying to get it set up if they just had one of their guys come out to get it done without so much hassle on my end. Now I am getting texts from Xfinity saying I never picked my equipment. Why is their system so messed up. This is the exact opposite of convient

To whom it may concern, ZGY is awesome. She took really good care of me even though I was coming in to drop off equipment. She almost made me want to restart my service. She’s a very smart person. I always admire people like her. Bump her pay up. I’ll be back to do business with her in the future if my new provider doesn’t work out.

Was there yesterday to exchange a box, mine was faulty. Don't know the young lady's name but she was Amazing. I'm closer to the Oakbrook location, came to Berwyn for a box. Customer service was amazing, no wait & genuinely friendly. Thank you!

Went to the store with billing questions. Lupe helped us out. We felt like our questions went unanswered and like we were rushed out. We didn’t feel like she offered any help and instead finished the conversation with “if you cancel just return your equipment.” We weren’t planning on canceling, but now it might me a thought.

My contract was up. After Xfinity never returned my calls, for a new plan, I returned my equipment. I was given a paper receipt and was told my charge card was removed from the website to avoid additional charges. They store would nor show me proof of service cancellation. I could not see their computer screens as my information was confidential. After waiting a few hours, I chrck3d from home. My charge card and automatic payment was still present. Don't trust Eddie or Carolina at this store. They give insincere apologies just to get you out.

HorribleAfter they verified my phone eligible to transfer from Verizon & mailed me Sim card turnir turned out they were wrong. Spent two hours for nothing. Very frustrating. Now can't restore my Verizon account.... Bunch of clueless and unhelpful individuals .
