High speed internet is a lie. I've had constant outages for over 5 hours each time. If you value having high speed STABLE internet then don't move here

Me and my boyfriend just moved here this month and this apartment has been everything we’ve wanted! Apartment itself is super spacious and was kept very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful for the move in process, and the area is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend living here. :)

Hi just jumping on here to leave a review! We haven’t even lived at this place for 4 months and are having constant issues! We have cracks in our foundation which still haven’t been fixed and are having heating issues in the middle of the damn winter remind you! And they took damn near two weeks to do anything maintenance is absolutely clueless said our window wasn’t shut but it was in fact shut and our heating problem was downstairs not upstairs and they said we had a vent blocked but heat rises and we keep ours shut to help with the flow of air. I do not recommend this place at all they are lazy and don’t want to fix shit ever. I’m having to pay out of pocket for a maintenance person with a brain to fix my problem.

Moved in to roaches smashed on the walls black floors just disgusting. when I move out i don't even get my full deposit back over forgetting to clean the oven they are very over priced. Do not recommend I was very happy to move out . Heather is very rude and I've heard multiple people complain about her .

It was a cute first apartment. Communication was good from the head office peeps. Things were done on time and as long as u did ur part, paid ur rent, & took care of ur space.. it was a great experience.
I did have a bug issue but they send help for that.

Apartments are very spacious and quiet area which was exactly what I was looking for. Any issues I had were taken care of quickly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Super easy to move in and get a place. Think about why that is though. They’ll bleed you dry and they don’t even have to work hard to get you into the door.

I paid a security deposit in April to move in when my other lease broke for around September. our other apartment was horrible and we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. they gave us a call i few days ago asking if we wanted to move in earlier and we jumped at the opportunity! It was very easy going through the process of signing the lease, paying the move in expenses (you get money off if you have good credit!), and getting the keys! The app that they use is very easy to navigate and you can get renters insurance through the app and you can pay your rent on there and even view your lease! Katherine and Heather made the process very easy for my partner and I to move and we are already very happy here. I recommend living here 10/10

Updating to a one star review because I have been complaining about the smell of marijuana for over a year and a half now. Called today and as usual she rudely told me there is nothing she can do about it. Even though it clearly states in the lease, “Tenant, or any person (friend, family, guest, or otherwise) on-premises because of Tenant, shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb other tenants’ and neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of the premises.” I do not enjoy the smell of marijuana but the rules of the lease only apply to certain people I guess…
