I was actually in a couple of minutes early. The phlebotomist was brisk and efficient in checking my information. When she actually drew my blood, I barely felt the prick and she had the tubes loaded and packaged before I could blink. This was an impressive performance.

Only one person there working with people waiting. I had an appointment and got right in but the others needed help. My mobile phone said to connect to a web link when I got there but no internet service was available.

I never have issues getting blood work done here. The lady “Christi” (she has pretty red hair) I think her name was, is so sweet. Personable and friendly.

Place is OK, but the Black Haired Lady is rude all three times I have been there! will go to BJC down the road from now on! If someone hates their job they should move on!

Had a bad stick 2nd time so my doctor advised me to go elsewhere. Very rare I have problems with sticks, large veins. Lady was nice and quick but poked too much or pulled out awkwardly

Quest is here; its not very well indicated on any signs. I'll add the 5th star when they fix this. Go in and the people will help you. The staff are super friendly and the nurse hit my vein on the first try, which never happens! Smooth in and out experience!
