I have received my mail ( and packages) at The Mailbox Store in Bethato. I receive excellent service.
Recently, Julie packed items for me to send to my parents four
Grandchildren, and my maternal aunt. These large
shipments contained fragile family memories, photos and documents, none of which could be replaced.
Julie spent days planning the perfect packaging materials to keep everything safe. Everything arrived in excellent condition.

I love this place. The girls that work here are awesome ‼️ Always very extremely nice and helpful. The owners should be proud of the girl that runs this place. She does a awesome job. I would be very happy to have a employee like her. She's definitely a decaded employee.The place offers all kinds of services from printing to shipping. If local this is the place to go for all your shipping and printing needs.

Place is almost always understaffed. Took 30 minutes being in the store today to ship off one package. Lady was nice enough to waive my 2.50 label printing fee, not her fault she’s in there by herself with no help. By the time i left there was a line going out of the store.

This place is a joke. Everytime I need to go here for any package needing sent not through UPSP, the ignorant lady always tries to say "it's not in their no, I can't send it through that service". As if that's not obnoxious enough everytime I come in, this morning I go to send a letter package for my business paperwork. Very small simple package, its $22+ and I go "okay that's expensive" then I go put my card in and she said "with the mailer is $26".. I said hold on I paid for this mailer the other day. She goes "well since you came in with it ready & didn't tell me you already bought it, I didn't know soon enough since there was a line of people behind you". I said "how does the line of people effect the ability to know your job? Why is it my job to know what your job is?" She says, "you're right im sorry, you can have another mailer for next time" i said "why though?" She says "because you already paid for a 2nd one just now." I reply, "BUT THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED! I ONLY NEEDED THIS ONE MAILER IM USING RIGHT NOW. I DIDNT WANT TO BUY A SECOND ONE." All she could do was apologize instead of redoing the transaction & not charging me for something a second time. She said "you didn't come in and tell me this mailer was ready to go." I said "LADY IT HAS ADDRESSES ON IT AND ITS CLEARLY READY TO GO ALREADY!" She is so ignorant and has only ONE JOB that she clearly doesn't know how to do.. Why is it my job to let her know eventhough she admitted "you're right sir i should have asked you, its my fault" - YET still charges me for her mistake & goes "sorry".. Very annoyed, I would rather drive to STL to get another REAL fedex or ups location instead of this stupidity. Like for real. She was rude to the older gentleman in front of me as well yelling at him for knocking off the place mat on the counter and talking over him saying very rude things with rude tones with every comment. Get a different job or I will make sure everyone I know never goes here again.

The BEST customer service ever! Super helpful and friendly over the phone. Thanks to Rodney! When I arrived, the other customers helped with the doors and made sure they came first. They helped with my heavy box, and Rodney remembered my voice from my questions over the phone. No wait and super easy. Fed ex return was accepted. Highly recommend this place!

Favorite place to ship packages. The staff is always super helpful and nice. I love that they can print my shipping labels for me in store and also don't mind taping my packages if needed. Every other place is rude or makes me buy a whole roll of tape just for one strip. Would drive the extra 15 minutes to this place every time!
