I'd rate the 5 stars if they were more prepared to the visit though. I spent weeks gathering records, and they were supposed to look at it prior to the visit. This didn't happen, but they were accommodating with keeping my lil one out of a cage during a drop off I wasn't comfortable with.”

“When I moved into this area over the summer, I tried a different vet office in the area. That office was dirty, cramped, and dim. The care was fine, but facilities means something. Hawthorne is both way cleaner and has top-tier service. I had to have my bulldog put down in September and was so thankful for Hawthorne's 24 hour service. I now have a kitten, and will likely have another bulldog at some point, and take them to Hawthorne.”

Today I could not help my wife because I had to work and the receptionist Sherry M helped her load our puppies back into the car for her. My wife has RA and is in constant pain!
