“I switched over here bc I was told they cared more about the pet and weren't money hungry like Banfield. My referral person was right. I'd rate the 5 stars if they were more prepared to the visit though. I spent weeks gathering records, and they were supposed to look at it prior to the visit. This didn't happen, but they were accommodating with keeping my lil one out of a cage during a drop off I wasn't comfortable with.”

From Dr Denise to EVERY staff member it has always been a pleasant experience for us both cause I learn some new how to do’s or what to do’s every time. “Dr. Nickel is professional and very caring and gentle with my dogs. Very clean! Good location. Friendly staff. Was disappointed as i was greeted and had initial interaction having to talk while the employee was eating and talking, very unprofessional! My dog pooped on the floor and that staff member did clean it up after i said i would, thank you for that. Thankfully the visit got better.”

“Dr. Bruce and his staffs thorough service on my English Labrador was ABOVE and beyond any service my previous pets received at VCA hospitals. The ladies at the VCA said his booty glands didn't need expressing. Dr. Bruce found his anal glands very much needed to be expressed. He recognized his allergies & got him on meds & recommended some topical shampoo to help. VCA doctor barely touched him & barely spent 2 seconds looking in his ears. Dr. Bruce found some very painful looking ear infections. Just like with human doctors, don't settle for less for your loved ones. My Scooby Doo is so much happier & can sleep better without always itching & licking. Thank you Dr Bruce & staff ?”
