They only push their own products and lie on your prescriptions. Per the streamwood optometrist “I know you’re having issues with this prescription because this optometrist from Bloomingdale is horrible. I don’t even know how she still works here.” Prescription was actually double the strength. I smell a lawsuit. RUN RUN RUN AWY FROM THIS COMPANY

They told me that my glasses will be available in two weeks and it's already happened and they haven't called me or checked in and I called, no one speaks Spanish, if it's terrible service I'm sorry but I can't hide what I think of this service

Got prescription. In July. Was wrong, picked up in August and told it took awhile to adjust. Told them I was moving and won't be able to test. They said 191 day warranty. Tried after move and finding glasses. They were bad. Corporate said to have them checked at site denied even with doctor saying they were made wrong.Friendly service but poor quality

This place is the worst! Only go here if you enjoy talking to a wall disguised as a person.TL;DR - Be prepared to repeat yourself multiple times and still have no one listen.When I first called to confirm whether they accepted my vision insurance, I asked whether I should make my appointment online or with them on the phone. The woman I spoke with said she could do it. I made my appointment for 5:30 pm, and the woman said everything was set up in the system, including my insurance info. Shortly thereafter I received a text confirmation as well as an email. So far, so good.Fast forward to the day of my appointment and I received two emails - one asking me to confirm my appointment, and another asking me to fill out some paperwork online. I completed both requests in the early morning hours.Mid morning I received a call from them asking me to confirm my appointment and for my insurance information. I explained how they should already have that because I was told they set up my account during my initial call. The woman claimed there was nothing in their system for me, so I gave them my insurance information again and told her I would be there that evening at my appointment time.At 4 pm I received another call from them asking if I could come earlier, at 5 pm. I told them I could not and the girl replied, "ok, see you at 5:30 then".I arrived at 5:20 and there were three woman at the counter. One asked me if I was using vision insurance, which was quite annoying. Why did they keep asking me this but never take down my answer?!?Then some other women asked me what kind of exam I was there for. Once again, why did I fill out the form online if they weren't going to retain that information?I informed her that I was there for a glasses exam and also needed to have my eyes dilated. This woman SIGHED at me and said they probably won't have time to do that because it takes an hour.(Note: I had noticed when I came in the hours posted on the door say they are only open until 6 pm despite the website saying 7 pm).I got fed up, told them to cancel my appointment, and left.They are ridiculously incompetent! I told the initial lady I spoke with when making my appointment that I needed my eyes dilated, and I mentioned it again that morning on the form I filled out, so if they can't do an eye dilation at 5:30 pm why did no one mention that? And if that is why the person was asking me to come in early, why didn't they explain this when I said I couldn't make it at 5 pm so I could reschedule for a different day?Absolutely ridiculous! I will be going elsewhere for my vision needs.

I called because I was running late to my appointment. When I arrived and checked in, the older woman at the front desk said “key word:had, you HAD an appointment.”I don’t appreciate the attitude, or not helping me find another location to rebook at. Absolutely useless person to have answering your phones and greeting customers.I understand that I was late and missed my appointment, but there’s no need to be rude and unhelpful.

Horrible customer service especially from Nadia. Just scamming with prices and will not tell you the total goes up unless you ask.Even if you call beforehand to make sure you will still pass with certain requirements you get scammed.

Staff is amazing! Felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in. Staff was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Nadia & Debby were very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options. Definitely recommend!

A month to get a trial pair of contacts. I am older and have not worn them before. They are for distance so I need readers. I did order bifocals. If these work I need close up glasses. They offer a 40% discount but it is only 30 days. Then they wait 30 days to get my contacts to me and then won't honor that! I also stated I wanted my second pair of glasses to be mid range. Second time in a row they screwed it up! In addition, my lenses have fallen out 4 times! Don't bother going here! They can't seem to get anything right!

Jackie was absolutely amazing. She had a great sense a humor and made getting glasses so much fun. She even made my scary cat boyfriends eye puff fun.Helped us get the most for our money, walked out with contacts, glasses and sun glasses.
