One day I take oppitment for front 2 tire and then they told me we will change your front 2 tire and we will do alignment and balanceing but the the they change only 2 tire and then they told me for wheel front tire alignment is very bed and they told me if you need good you need to pat extra 150 dollor and I say no because after 1 day when I am driving my old tire and wheel alignment is very better and smooth compare to after so everyone please be careful because I am not satisfied for this service because sometimes I am such a car lover and I never expecte anything happens for other because car is leg of human in united states so everyone always go for real good service ...thank you

Took my car here for new tires.
Had some special requests due to having bad experiences with OTHER shops working on my car (overtightening my lugs, scratching my Brembo caliper, charging me a fortune to mount tires).
Guys at this Belle Tire location are AWESOME.
GREAT experience with them.

There was an issue with the tires I ordered online not being in stock still. I was having an exceptionally rough day and could not make another visit for a tire appointment and had limited options, but Marcus got me set up with other tires to help. I have now had brakes replaced, an oil change, and a check engine light problem fixed here. Car issues are always an unexpected pain, but the crew here makes it easier to deal with! Great customer service.

I would recommend this place 100%. Jeff was so knowledgeable and informed me very well. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of.i purchased my four tires and an alignment at such a good price. Will be coming back again and will recommend this place to my friends and family.

My mom who is 70 yrs old went here today to find out why she always needs air in her tires. She was ready to have to spend money , and didn't!! They didn't charge her a dime! According to her they did a valve stem check and replaced the tire Sealant beads around her rims for free! She's so grateful and texted the whole family about it and how nice the location is. We all are very thankful she was taken care of and not taken advantage of. She'll probably leave a review too. Thank you so much .

Had a tire which was kept running low on air so stopped by to see if they could help. Let me say I am shocked by the level of service I had here. By far the most VIP service I’ve had. Jeff immediately greeted me and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He knew his stuff about every tire model I had researched and asked him about. Ultimately he gave me a competitive price and I agreed. 1.5 hours later the job was done. And they offer free tire rotation and repair for the life of the tire which is amazing. I won’t buy tires anywhere else ever again, as long as Jeff works here he is my new “tire guy”. Thanks Jeff and everybody at Belle Tire! 5 stars!

Pleasantly surprised, my wife's car got a nail on the left rear inside shoulder, not repairable. Had planned on replacement before winter anyway, so got online, picked the tires I wanted and scheduled the appointment for next day. Belle is new to our area, so not sure what to expect. They did a great job installing the tires and performing a 4 wheel alignment. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. I am very pleased with how everything went. I would definitely recommend trying them out when you need tires.

We had a flat tire coming from dentists off and going to other DRs appointments . On Gary avenue . Manager was so kind took our car right in repair tire and when we ask for bill he says no charge for repair. I was very surprised , if it’s some other place they would have charge and took advantage of my situation . There is still good people’s like this in the world. GOD bless him .
