1 star only because they accommodated 3 of us that wear hijab/scarf. Store manager pierced us, 6 girls getting our cartilage and seconds pierced. 3 of us got infections. Went to a tattoo parlor later and he said the piercing was done on a vein so we have to close out the piercings. Mine was infected and hurt like hell. Came back and they’ll help if you’re nice. But refund all of us? No. What’s the point of paying more for gold earrings because even their manager doesn’t know what’s she’s doing. (PSA picture is gnarly)

I was greeted so kindly by Ana! I was searching for jewerly for prom and was given so much support from the staff members. They cared and listen to what I was saying. Highly recommend this Claire's!

Don’t recommend getting pierced there, they put my daughter’s earring wrong and didn’t go through. And she was in pain. All she said was “we can do it later” for what? When we can just go through it fast instead of my daughter going to pain again later on.

Just went to Claire’s in Bloomingdale IL to get our 15 month old’s ears pierced and had an awesome experience! We were super nervous, but shout out to the associate Carmen who walked us through it and did an amazing job!! Thank you!!

I was at Claire's yesterday and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. I was able to get what I needed for a client and save the day! Highly recommend this store , always in stock and welcoming . Thank you

Went into this store around 3:10 today 11/14/2023. When we walked in we were not greeted, the lady looked at us and turned around to stock items. No other customers in the store and no one else walked in with us. Immediately knew there was no way I’m spending money with such a rude clerk. I would advise this store to hire a more friendly person who is willing to be polite to all customers.

Took my 6 month baby girl to get her ears pierced today and it came out perfect ! Thx to the lady who pierced her , my daughter kept moving and she got the job done and better than I expected!

We went here to get my daughter's ears pierced. The lady who helped us was very kind and made the entire experience enjoyable.
