I am pretty sure the woman in the front thought I was stealing and didn't think I knew what I was looking for because I was taking my time. She also asked for my ID which is fair, but a little extreme. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. It was a weird experience.

The service is not friendly. We have shopped in different CosmoProf and people have been so much nicer and willing to check for product. This store is so blah about everything. They never have the things I'm looking for either. And will give you a hard time when you need to return items.
