I am pretty sure the woman in the front thought I was stealing and didn't think I knew what I was looking for because I was taking my time. She also asked for my ID which is fair, but a little extreme. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. It was a weird experience.

The service is not friendly. We have shopped in different CosmoProf and people have been so much nicer and willing to check for product. This store is so blah about everything. They never have the things I'm looking for either. And will give you a hard time when you need to return items.

Rude manager and employee. They act so suspicious like if we as customers are stealing or something. One Mexican employee super nice always helpful. We are licensed and been there several time but still same old attitude with the white lady. Maybe because we're spanish. Hope that latin stays. She makes is feel welcomed and nice.

It's one thing to be rude to me because I'm an ex-employee but when I go in with family members and the manager is rude to them as well, there's a problem. A manager who acts like a child and holds grudges just because people quit should not be running this building.

I want to give a great review for my poor behavior. While I was having such a horrible day, an employee was doing her job, called me to let meknow my stuff was in that I ordered. Long story short I was selfish and rude to her. I went in and apologized and she was so sweet about it and she certainly didn’t have to be as I would have understood! She was very very nice, controlled and professional about it. Thank you guys for all that you do!
