Be sure to check out these items next time you stop by... Costco gas is very high quality but very low in price. They have a house brand called Kirkland. Try Costco's version of a product. You never have a problem getting a full refund if it doesn't please you.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. DO NOT, I repeat do NOT take your car here for new tires especially if you have a nice car like a BMW that has nice rims. I paid over 2k for tires and installation on my BMW X7.We had an appointment scheduled. Dropped it off 10 minutes before the schedule time. I was told we would receive a call when it was ready. 2.5 hours went by and I called the shop to check the status and they told us it was done and they forgot to call us....I get in the car and there is BLACK GREASE on the steering wheel, gear shifter, console and door which is leather by the way. GREASE ON A LEATHER INTERIOR.After getting home, I went to thoroughly clean the rims and tires as I normally do every two weeks with the rim brush, tire brush and wheel wash spray. I noticed the front right rim had been damaged on THREE different spots. I called and spoke to the tire shop manager. He did not even apologize or ask to even see the damage. He said you can go to the customer service desk and file a claim. Corporate will investigate and make a determination of the outcome.Claim was filed. Waiting to hear back.Lesson learned. If you have a car, you care about do not bring it here and definitely photograph your rims BEFORE and ensure the manager confirms that there is no damage AT THE time of drop off.I will gladly pay the extra $$$ and take it to the dealership next time. Save yourself the headache, time and damage.

Avoid this Costco. Prices for products vary between costcos based on managers discretion. This costco has significantly higher prices than the Saint Charles location. They do not price match.

I was just in there at self checkout and the short african american male working in that section is extremely rude and unprofessional! He had on a black polo collared shirt with some yezzy tennis shoes on. Bald head as well. I asked him to help me scan my two idem's and he act like he didnt hear me then when he did respond he said "what" with a nasty attitude. My registered didn't work for some reason so i asked him to help me out again and he was pretty irritated and said "what" with a worse attitude than before! Completely uncalled for. I wish I had his name but he didnt have his name tag on either.

Excellent prices and fast service. Love the convenience of being able to shop at the store while I wait for them to service my car.

Stopped by this Costco while traveling to see if they had the Peanut Butter Pie, that I've been hearing all about. No dice, but did see a huge key lime pie so picked up one of those (hoping we can finish it before we have to go back home). This Costco has a very large parking lot, a large number of self-checkout registers with a dedicated attendant helping to direct traffic. Decided not to get a cart this time, to force ourselves to limit our purchases, and it worked.

Costco Tire Center is a great place to purchase tires. They have great prices on premium brands and there's often a promotion that rotates between Michelin and Bridgestone tires. I personally prefer Michelin myself. I've bought four sets of tires through them over the last five years and the quality has been great. The installation is usually complete in an hour or two. I also like that the road hazard warranty is included and I don't have to purchase add on certificates that other tire shops upsell.

I had an appointment yesterday, 01/21/2023 for new tires. The service guys broke my wheel lock key and called it a day. They even left the broken metal pieces inserted into the lug nut. They told me to pick up my car and that was it. They didn't offer to reimburse the part they broke, or anything for the waste of time and inconvenience. I will be going elsewhere.

There is adequate space here to shop, listen to spotify, observe the crowd - acquire basics & deals across multiple product categories for a yearly fee which also allows one to benefit from a variety of services & programs; been a member & brat for decades.

I was in the area on Christmas Eve after work and needed gas. Fortunately, it was like 4:30. Got gas, and ran inside to see if they had any of these delicious mango cakes. They not only had mango cakes, they had other cool stuff not at my local store. We were in and out in 5 minutes - they were closing and we only needed a couple things. I was delighted to see these two employees - you can't tell but the name tags say "Cindy Lu Whoo" and "Red." I would have walked right past, but someone else was having them take a photo and I turned at the noise and was delighted. Working retail on Christmas Eve sucks, and I appreciate that not everyone is a fan of the holiday (losing family this time of year is rough), but I'm grateful to these wonderful women for trying to bring people a little extra joy. Also, this is my first gingerbread man with a job, and I seriously love the hustle.

I am a loyal Costco customer. Not this time. Long wait time. After getting new tires on. I’m told to come back after 25 miles to re-torque. If that is such a word. Twenty four hours goes by and lights come on on my car saying low tire pressure. I called the tire center and let them know what happened. I was told by the tech it’s because of the temperature change, but there was no change in temperature. They also put on emerald green screw tops onto the valve stems. It looks ridiculous. I went back to Costco for the re-torque. More waiting time. I also have them check the tire pressure. The re-torqued only one nut on each wheel. They checked the pressure in the tires. I hope they did that correct. Now my lights are on in my car saying the pressure is not correct. They don’t know how to cancel the signal. Of course. I drive a Volvo. I want to be safe. I guess we all want that no matter what we drive. Now I have to bring my car to the dealer or somewhere else. Who has the time for this? I might have saved a couple of dollars but who really knows. Now I have more problems. Don’t go to Costco for tires!
