Today I go buy some veggies and other stuff one employ give me bad actitud bcz I take it from the top shelf my self , because of employee like this lady i give it bad reviews and I will never comeback to this location.my money got her employee if people like me not buy stores not exist .

I was at this Bloomingdale Dollar Tree today. First, let me tell you it was the filthiest store I was ever in!!! It was a disaster. Merchandise all over the floor!! I bought some reading glasses for my husband. When I got home the receipt said I was charged $1.50 per pair. I called and spoke to Manager who told me that the prices are supposed to go up to $1.50 in a few weeks, but he increased his prices now!! I said I never heard anything about prices going up ... He said yes, they're going up!! I said why wasn't there any signs up., he said there is!! There was not any signs up about the prices!!! I told him his store was filthy and I was going to call Corporate and he hung up on me!! I tried to call back and he would not answer. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BTW... called other Dollar Tree, prices are still $1.25

if I could give zero stars I would. Store was filthy and shelves were bare! boxes all over the floor, what a fire hazard. never again. obviously the store manager and employees don't care.

Store is filthy. Boxes everywhere and most of them empty. Shelves are messy and mostly empty. No way to get a cart down some of the aisles. Register #2 open light on. Register #3 light off and accepting customers when he yelled his register was open and not accepted the next customer In line. There were 5 people in front of me and at least 6 behind me. Employees don't talk they don't assist. Customers are amazed only one register is open and one customer literally growled. I dropped my basket on the floor (With so much other crap on the floor what did it matter) and left the store. Dollar Tree - you need to get it together!

Very Disrespectful, Called About A Toy Lady On The Phone Very Rude, Told Her She Was Rude And Hung Up. The Manager Ryan, Called Me Back. Then Proceed To Call Me Out My Name (The B-Word) Witch Is Not Professional. I'm All About Satisfying Customers, But To Call A Customer Back. Just To Call Them Out Their Name Is Not Acceptable. What Grown Man Calls A Woman A B-Word. Because You Employees Are Rude Over The Phone. I Would Not Recommend Anyone To Go There.

I used to be a manager at the schaumburg and algonquin locations and I have to say, it's sad to see how this place has been torn apart. Starting from the empty isles and the full stockrooms, the incredibly messy isles with gift bags all over the place, no wrapping paper, scarse inventory in all isles and it's a shame. Ever since the manager Vasa left, it's gone downhill. I also had a mediocre experience at check out with a sad looking blonde woman that must be new because I've never seen her before. Bagged all my canned soups with my crackers and pasta, resulting in it all being smashed. No double bagging for the heavier items and detergent I got, mind you I had a baby stroller with me and was difficult to carry, hoping none of it broke through the bags while going to my car. No body greets anymore, nobody cares about the customers experience anymore it's all changed so much and it's bittersweet and sad. She also seemed to scan items INCREDIBLY slow as if she didn't really care for the 15 other people waiting in line. Please dont just hire anybody! Or properly train to bag, greet, push items of the week at the register, and train for for employees to actually stay long term instead of looking for a temporary spot to fill!
