I brought a reading challenge journal into the store to be spiral-bound as a Christmas gift and came in a few days later to pick it up. What I expected was the same thing I dropped off except spiral-bound and with a front & back cover but what I got was a complete mess! Despite pages of numerical lists and prompt #s, it was in the complete wrong order and 2 pages were still stuck together!! After showing them purchasing info, I was told they would work on it. When I went in the following day to get it (after a call the night before saying it was ready), it was STLL WRONG & definitely not ready. I then WAITED ALMOST A FULL HOUR while it was fixed!! The employees who helped me on both days apologized and I got a refund for the service but the manager who was within earshot the whole time never said a word to me or even made eye-contact!! If you value quality and your personal time, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There is a huge MISS with training and the manager clearly didn't care about me as a customer. This was my first and last time at this store.

Not very good service from the girl in the back counter last week. In the past when the manager was helping me with a package shipping, he was great to work with and very good customer service. This last time I was dropping off a package for shipping, I went to the counter for the drop off to the right when you walk in but had a few questions regarding the shipping of my package but the girl name Ahn was not very nice, unprofessional and rude. She treated the customer in front of me also very rude as if she didn't want to be there. Again, in the past the gentleman manager was superb but this time terrible service from the girl in the front counter.

Been coming to this location for years . Used to love that the staff would be willing to help you with your copies and was very friendly..that is no longer the case! You are on your own. Staff can care less if you are having trouble with one of the machines and they now close at 800pm. They actually shut off the lights with customers still waiting in line to make copies. I will no longer go to this location.

This is a review on the helpfulness (or lack thereof) of the staff.I called to get an estimate for printing and binding. The girl that spoke to me was not helpful at all. She barely let me finish explaining what I needed before she was telling me to go to the website. I told her I tried that but I had a question that couldn't be answered via the website. She then said she couldn't help me and I need to talk to customer support and transferred me.(Luckily, the guy at customer support was extremely helpful.)As a customer, I needed some guidance and she just couldn't be bothered with my questions.Makes me not want to have my document printed there.

Are you serious? Some bald guy with glasses DID NOT help me last night. This is his second negative review in two days . Not everyone who walks in has an account or a label. This guy said that Four times before I had a chance to explain why I was there. " Account number or label?". Maybe you should train this monkey to say something else? How about a customer service seminar for him. What a jerk. Not everyone who walks knows the process, slow down and ask questions you ignoramus.

I've been to this location in the past year and they were previously VERY underwhelming. The customer service employees were rude and dismissive, not wanting to help me without sass. I came back just recently out of necessity and WOW the 180! The store was very clean, organized, I was greeted and quick to be assisted. The service was helpful--Michael was very friendly and direct with getting exactly what I needed done (wedding invitations). My job was done in 15 minutes and I'm super satisfied!

I tried this Fed Ex location for another overseas shipment, I should have gone to the Schaumburg location. The clerk literally typed in what I said on the international invoice?, instead of asking me to fill it out ?She literally typed in no candy!? Now it's held up in customs due to this. I've updated overseas phone a week ago and when I called again as now says incorrect address on tracking app, I'll just pay regular shipping if I ship through Fed ex again as it's been a week delay.

I was so impressed beyond belief with Luma at this FedEx Office location! I had a poster to print and she knew exactly what I was trying to describe and found a less expensive way to get it done. Luma went out of her way and spent a lot of time helping me!

I have come here for printing services because having my own printer has always been an issue (don't use it regularly enough). I email my documents over and they are ready for me to pick up shortly, usually in a nice folder and printed how I instructed. Service is prompt and staff is pleasant and helpful. I have had regular sheets of paper printed as well as sheets of labels. I 100% trust this location!

This store tries hard - they really do but they tend to miss deadlines which can be frustrating. I'm sure they are understaffed like everywhere but submitting an online order for pickup at 6 pm and not getting a text/email until the next day is frustrating. The quality of the work is really good but the timeliness isn't.

I called early today at 2pm I spoke to a Joy, about my return see if I need to tap it up or put any bubble wrap or anything inside she said no just the item that your return and label that it and box. So when I got there deysi I had she told me I have to buy bubble wrap and other stuff for my item I told her I dont have to because, I spoke someone earlier today they said I didn't have to. They try make you pay for stuff you don't need. She was very rude to me and customer service here treat me very rude. I'm very upset how I was treated and I am never going go here again. They treat me like garbage and I don't like that. How rude. I would have this zero star. Remember how treat customer. I was trying be nice. I had pack with foam and stuff but she wanna with bubble wrap. I don't understand that.

Today I was in to ship a box back home to Texas. After getting called as the next customer in line, I placed my box on the scale. You have to present them with a "state issued ID" ie: drivers license is scanned. You have to declare the value of the contents, it is only covered up to $200. I said the items are memorabilia and the value is priceless. They probably get that a lot! Anyway, the store manager waited on me and he was a very pleasant and professional young man. The box was weighed and all dimensions taken. I chose the longer delivery time for the lesser amount. I paid and was given my receipt that also includes tracking information. I feel confident that my package with be delivered by the day/time promised!

Stopped in yesterday midday wasted $10.00 trying to scan some stuff. Came back in the afternoon Manager helped me. Super easily done on their copier and out the door. Wish I had just asked for help the 1st time.

I came to this store just to drop off a package that had to get shipped out. I arrived 8:02, doors still open, I get told by two of the associates "we're closed!" I replied with "I'm just dropping this off" again, they both said "we're closed".. Mind you, there's other customers in the store.. It was already pre-paid.. all they had to do was scan it and give me a receipt. Instead of repeating themselves like parrots, it would have taken less time to just let me ship it from there since there were other customers in the store.. The woman with blonde hair and the gentleman with glasses were, in my opinion rude. Once I left, the rude blonde associate locked the doors. I actually went to another location that actually took the time to accept what I had to get sent out and appreciated me as a customer... Good customer service FedEx Bloomingdale!!
