Arrived last minute with only minutes before closing, which I don't like doing to store staff. Needed balloons for my daughter's birthday. Staff was friendly and courteous even though they were closing. Even refilled helium in some of the balloons. Customer service that I appreciate. Thank you. Sorry I was not able to get names of the staff members, but great job to the crew.

staff is friendly but store is usually messy… sometimes difficult to get larger quantities of things because they only have 1 or 2 in stock.

Joseph is literally the most hands on, kind, and patient person I’ve seen in customer service in a long time. And I am not talking about the fake over the top customer service script and voice. What a genuine and lovely person!

2:00 p.m. January 25th, heavy set young girl with black hair workingI know it's not part of anybody's job description, but sensitivity training would be much appreciated if not even basic humanity I have a muscle disorder and became extraordinarily weak while in the store knew I probably wouldn't make it to my car before collapsing, just asked very nicely if I could have some way to get help to my car or maybe even pull my car up to the door, just told me noAgain I get that nobody is obligated to do this I am not entitled to help and I am not acting like I am, but help would have been very much appreciated I hope she would have at least called an ambulance if she saw me collapse I just now made it to my vehicle took me 10 minutes to get to my car parked six spots away from the door just barely made it

DO NOT USE PREORDER!!! Only half of the things I preordered online were actually pulled, and some were the wrong colors. And I know that some of the items were there because I went in to pick up something else and saw a whole stack of the holders they were “out” of. I get it, Christmas time, but the point is convenience. So- not only is the app wrong with how much stock is available on some items, the staff here won’t take the time to find what was ordered. Take my advice. Do not trust any preorder process here. Just fight the crowds, or like me, order somewhere else.

Overall, it was fine. The only issue is no organization or cleaning up. There were products everywhere out of place and stuff on the floor. A decent number of boxes were ripped open with stuff missing. The boxes are just hastily taped up and put back on the shelf for people to buy.
