I recently visited this clinic under the new doctor - Dr. Jaffery and was truly impressed by the positive changes. Dr. Jaffery is extremely detail-oriented, patient, and thorough — taking time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic itself looks clean, modern, and well-organized; the doctor used advanced equipment to examine my eyes, which shows how up to date and careful they are with technology and patient care.
It’s refreshing to see such pleasant improvements under the new doctor’s care — the entire visit felt more personalized and professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and attention to detail!

I had an exam to get contacts, and after a week of wearing them I felt they were off. Things were still a little blurry. I went back in and he examed my eyes again thoroughly, for free. We made a few alterations and things are looking much better now. Let them know if your lenses seem off after your exam! I recommend this place!

If I could I would give this place CERO ! stars. I got my glasses and never used them. Went for a follow up and they still were no good. Dr. Carlton smell like cigar and was sloppy in his treating a new patient ( me ) I will NOT recommend and I will not return. Run away from this place. Go to iDoctor 322 Army Trail rd. in Glendale Heights . That’s how an eye care facility should run and be like. You will leave your appointment 100% satisfied. I did. I’m only sorry I didn’t know about it sooner. Forget For Eyes. 👎
