5/9/24 Antonio is racist started following us around the store (stated he was a manager) and scammed us out of 8 dollars because he claimed my infant opened a toy. He then began harassing and following us around the store stating we had to pay for that. He then stated he would refund the money afterwards which were lies. Both employees there that day (Antonio and Andrew) were rude, condescending and spoke down on us. 5/10/24 Got in contact with Victoria who stated she was the store manager (she is an assistant manager) stated her store does not have store district manager. She did not apologize or even acknowledge the staff wrong doing but instead was condescending and contradicting herself. She was not manager material very rude and referred to us as bros.

Warning stay far away from this store!! They are scammers, if you buy something new and if you don’t like or it’s not what you were sold. you can not return it at all! Because it was new I’m speaking of a head set. Do not buy from them stay far away from them!! You been warned

My son went into this store in Bloomingdale and right off the bat the woman worker was very rude and did not help take care of a simple problem. I would recommend using another location..

I received information from Game Stop telling Me to exclude this Bloomingdale Store, and continue shopping at Game Stop after trying to return a glitching and freezing and a game that needs failsafes throughout their levels without any bypasses.
Yet.
After a prejudice attacking, female worker from Game Stop told Me she does not like Me—the one whom I asked to return a game that has a 15-Day Return Policy—I stated with the receipt she read in front of Me, incoherent Drop Service and Hate Crimes are not acceptable to My being.
On the receipt the return policy is stated. Also from their Customer Service the return policy was stated.
Drop Service does not apply to Me returning a game. Nor did Drop Service apply since I was not anything other than lovely. So if I am lovely, I am not raucous.
May the root of all evil forever be their rejected selves.

Honestly we've had multiple incidents and issues with this specific location....most recent incident is my husband called them to ask if they had a game in stock pre-owned that woman said no sorry but you can buy it new for $75 from us, mind this game has been out for over 2 years and the website stated $28 NEW and pre-owned for $23 and it even stated they had 4 copies of pre-owned available at this location and so we did an online pickup and it was available and ready within an hour...so that is a bit sketchy, don't you think?! SO NOW here is another incident(s), my husband wanted to go trade in his Xbox and they were closed early by at least 3 hours...BOTH TIMES he went....I'm confused what is the point of having OPEN TO CLOSE hours if they are not gonna honor it? ? this location customer service is a JOKE and they are lazy.

Usually, my go-to for my gaming wants and needs, however, dropped by 2 days in a row at different times, yesterday at 4.20pm only to find the lights on and doors locked. Means I will find a different store.
