Usually, my go-to for my gaming wants and needs, however, dropped by 2 days in a row at different times, yesterday at 4.20pm only to find the lights on and doors locked. Means I will find a different store.

Imagine having the worst website and customer service for this entire week. Site was down until at least 3 am and now my whole cart is out of stock in less than 6 hours. Waited a week for nothing, and will not come back

Made a 20 min drive to the location as it is the closest to me. They have posted hours until 9pm on google and the door. Arrived at 7:45pm. Door was locked, lights were on with employee just sitting behind the counter. Tried knocking but they would not get the door.

Really had a great experience here. Devin was honest, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. There are closer Gamestops to my house but I think I'll be driving the extra few miles here from now on.Thanks Devin!

I arrived with my son at 6:55pm to return a game that we purchased 15 days ago that he wants to return. This is the last day of the return window. The store closes at 8pm, however, the attached sign was on the door. We saw an associate inside and knocked, but they refused to open the door. I hope they honor the return whenever I can get back here... I attempted to call to inquire about the return, but no one will answer.

These guys were awful. If i could give zero stars i would. I bought a used wii game with cash and it didnt work. I go back and am offered by the employee to be shipped a new copy for free. I said yes, but 1 it wasnt free i was charged an extra 6 bucks and 2 it once again didnt work. So i received 2 copies of the same game and neither of them worked. I got a refund but the guy behind the counter was being rude. Do not go here if you want good service. 0/10

I've spent months trying to get Gamestop to fix a refund to no avail. While the manager and employee here tried to be as helpful as they could, the regional (who was conveniently on vacation) took down my info and never reached out. Email and website support kept directing me to the store, very frustrating.

This store is amazing. I had a series of very negative experiences at a GameStop closer to me but it closed down (surprise). So I checked out the GameStop in Bloomingdale when I needed a new controller and received one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in years. Martin was fantastic and it was clear that he cared that I had a great customer experience. He was smart, knowledgeable and patient. After going above and beyond to help me he explained he and the store’s customer centric ethos. While Martin is a top notch employee, I get the impression from talking with him that the entire store is full of good people who care about customers and their experience at the store.GameStop - Hire more Martins! And run more stores like Bloomingdale!

Really good store they got a variety for console players but not for pc players. The staff doesn't know a lot about tech but they have almost everything for consoles. They got a lot of xboxs and when I was there the Xbox series s was still in stock and I saw someone buy a ps5 so those are or were in stock!!!!!! And they have some other stuff like hoddies and merchandise. Also they got keyboards and mics and stuff like that but if your gonna get pc stuff or keyboards and mics go to the game stop down the street.

My visit was a friendly one, the gentleman had good knowledge of the pokemon tcg which was very helpful.
