I can't believe that it takes almost three weeks to get a one day repair done
It took these people one week to send my item like 30 minutes away from the store and another week to send it back to the store
It took them ONE day to do the repair
Not happy at all

Only 2 representatives working , and they take over 20min to help some customers while making others wait for hours.

I went to go fix my oculus quest 2 and all the had to do was add but something into place and thats it
