June 7 I brought my Apple Pencil in as it was under warranty to best buy geek squad to get it repaired. Ryan assisted me and he took my Apple Pencil, extra tips and adapters all in to see why it was not paring to my iPad
Ryan said Apple needed everything in order to find out what the problem was. Today I get a call from Ryan he said guess what Apple sent you a new pencil but when I opened it today. It was missing the adapter and extra tip. I called Apple customer service and they said Ryan should not have taken it
So.. now I have a new pencil But I can’t use it with the adapter because Ryan should not have sent it in the Apple. Do Not Take anything to Geek Squad
They do not know what they are doing

I can't believe that it takes almost three weeks to get a one day repair done
It took these people one week to send my item like 30 minutes away from the store and another week to send it back to the store
It took them ONE day to do the repair
Not happy at all

Only 2 representatives working , and they take over 20min to help some customers while making others wait for hours.

I was having issues with my laptop and decided to make an appointment with Geek Squad. I was able to bring it in the same day! It looked like one person was working so I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get an answer, but Lynn M. is seriously the best! She was multitasking getting things done and had a great attitude. She gave me great feedback and explained the current status/issues with my laptop. She was so patient and explained everything to me throughly and even cleaned my laptop screen for me while tests were being done. Thank you so much Lynn M. You are the best!
