Beware of Donna Foderaro. She was deceptive, misleading, disrespectful, and untrustworthy throughout the entire process. Promises made before signing were broken, and her conduct showed zero integrity. This is not an agent who represents clients fairly. look elsewhere.

Working with this agency was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was inconsistent and often felt like I was being left out of important updates. Instead of advocating for my interests, the agent seemed more focused on pushing decisions that benefited the broker and the attorney. Many times, back-door conversations happened without my knowledge, which created a serious lack of trust.
I also found the pricing strategy and contract handling unprofessional. Promises made at the start of the agreement were later disregarded, and changes were pushed through without proper explanation or consent. Rather than guiding me through the process and reducing stress, this agent added unnecessary complications and pressure.
If you’re looking for a realtor who will genuinely represent your best interests, be transparent, and communicate clearly, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This brokerage firm is very unethical and use deception as standard way of dealing with their clients. They are Disrespectful. Stay away as fast as you can because they are the last people you want to represent you in real estate transactions.
