Went in May 31 around 1030 and wasn’t even acknowledged by the employee. He Didn’t even bother to look up when I asked him a question to which he answered very rude lol.

Update: 12/18/22The very next day, the franchise owner reached out to me after a back and forth email with the Store Manager. They reached out to try and resolve the matter, this was not requested by me, however they took it upon themselves to address the issue. I great appreciate the effort and speaks highly of their character.Again, I'm still frustrated with "GNC" and this issue, but appreciate franchise owner for reaching out to me on this.I've updated my review from 1 Star to 4 Star purely on the Franchise owner's actions.Original review below:Beware, this is NOT an GNC location which is part of "GNC". Only items purchased from this store, they will action on, meaning, and any purchases made online or other GNC locations they will not provide any help. They do not know the location of any GNC stores. I would take your business else where.

Spoke with Chris and asked if he carried anything that helps with lowering cholesterol. He recommended Policosanol as well as Berberine Gluco Gold. To my surprise, my numbers dropped 20 points after only 2 months of taking the suggested supplements. In addition, my doctor was shocked at my HDL (good cholesterol level). She stated that the number was "amazing". A side note, I didn't change anything else,-diet or exercise-only took the supplements. I highly recommend this GNC and Chris for his extensive knowledge, professionalism and courteousness.

Chris is the man! Walked in, he asked me what I wanted, showed me options, and shared his insights. I tried something totally new that met my needs and it turned out to be awesome. Tastes more like a cinnamon roll that sweet potato pie. Great service and the guy knows his products!

Staff is very helpful and knew quite a bit about the products they sell there. Chris sure knows a lot about physical fitness and nutrition! Prices are reasonable and that's where I'm going for any supplement needs in the future. Great experience, it made my day today.

Large selection of Wellness and sports supplements. They met and beat all prices I used to pay online. They even offer free shipping on all products. The store has gone through many changes and upgrades since new owner took over in 2018. This is the GNC to go to.
