Decent prices, great chicken, terrible steaks. Showed up at 11am and they were sold out of what I pre ordered. What's the point of pre ordering if it's first come first served?

I’m not sure why people have been telling me I need to check this place out. Prices seem good, but the products I had were far from good, some aren’t even what they advertised. Sirloin roast looked nice, but was the toughest cut I have ever had. Figured maybe I got a bad one but what really pisses me off of them selling braided tenderloins ends chopped into steaks as “tenderloin filet”. My “filets” were 3 twined together. Shady tactic if you ask me. Save your money.

I am a regular, local customer, usually visit weekly or every other Sat.Went to Jasper's Meats today just before 12:30pm. The deli already had their meat packed up, although they claim to close the deli at 12:45pm. The 2 guys behind the deli told me that they dont have pastrami left...I highly doubt that. They just didnt want to open a new package of meat or work. Oh well, if they didnt want my business, they should've just said so. Usually purchase about $100 each time I go, but not today. Maybe not ever...Deal with the ladies at the deli; they are much more pleasant. Not the guys...they hinder the growth of the business.Jasper's raw meats are NOT good quality...lots of gristle or fragments of bone, which means their butchers do NOT know how to treat meat properly.Jasper's used to he a good place, but not anymore. Sadly, many of the reviews are spot on about their declining customer service & poor quality. Don't waste your money & go elsewhere. Will also save your dental work & frustrations.
