I had an online order to pick up, and there was no one at the front desk. They have a button with a huge sign that clearly says “push here if you need assistance” I was about to push and a lady named Karen, came out from around the corner and yelled “don’t touch that!! What do you need?!?” UM OH OK HI HELLO to you too. She came off extremely rude. She basically threw my order on the counter. Very Poor customer service. Will not waste my time here again!

Wow just wow.. No customer service. No employees. Went around the store 3 times to just find leather dye.. Why don't they have the number on the aisle where is located on the website.So when you refuse to have employees employed you can at least have the number where it's located at on the aisle on the website where description is so we customers can find it. Thank you corporate America for failing.. Oo and I have over 20 years in customer service, so I know what I'm talking about. Thank you, have a nice day. Appreciate it..

How many times have I gone there and never had normal service, everyone who works there is rude, not professional! And there’s nothing left there and it’s very expensive!

Horrible or NO customer Service! Back in January I had placed an online order for curbside pick up and at arrival there was a sign to pick up inside. I did go inside only to find an employee to be very rude. I went home and sent a note to customer service but only received an automated reply and then a follow up stating it would be handled by a superior, but I am still waiting for a response from a real person. So here I am a month later and I give the store another try only to find the same situation. This time the cashier was the only one very busy with a long line and when I asked who could help me she said that she could, if I got into the long line of shoppers. If I could do that, I would not order online at all. There was also an older couple looking around for help and asked me. Unfortunately, I could not help them but they were obviously there waiting awhile and looking around for someone to help them. :( Don't go to Joann's unless you have a lot of time to waste and even more patience to wait in line and do not expect even the minimum customer service.

There was only one employee working the register and about 10 people in front of me. I waited in line to get some yarn for an upcoming project for 30 minutes to check out. if your in a rush or even in general don't come here it's not worth wasting your time when you can easily go to a different crafting store.

I love JoAnn Fabric and Crafts but this store specifically is going down the drain. Whoever the managers are for this location needs to be fired. The store is a disaster. This location won’t remain open for long looking this bad. Tons of merchandise behind the counter with dust on it because no one puts it out. No help for the poor employee at the front of the store—and she needed it due to a customer issue. Guys come on, bring in new management and you may have a chance to save your store.

Wow, what a mess! Stuff thrown around everywhere. Empty shelves and stuff on the floor. Didn't find anything I need.

Watch your billing for on line orders. I placed a order for some yarn that was on sale, also had free shipping. I used a 25.00 gift card I had towards the order. Final order says I owe 62 cents. Paid that with credit card and hit submit. I get a email for the full price charged to my credit card. Charged 11.95 for shipping, did not get the sale prices on my yarn, did not take gift card off. They will not do anything about it. Tried to cancel the order but it was to late. Never again will I order anything from there. I will continue ordering from Amazon.

Great staff they were closing and they were so wonderful! Wasn’t rushing me at all the young man behind the cutting counter was a wonderful he helped me pick out colors for my project thank you so much Matt and Jake I think Jake is a manager great work guys!!
