Johnny G's Meat and Deli is a great Italian butcher shop known for its fresh meats and great service. The people who work there are kind, helpful, and friendly, offering a level of customer service that is hard to find. Customers appreciate being recognized as regulars. The shop itself is exceptionally clean. The meat is fresh, with great cuts including phenomenal dry-aged steaks and a big pork loin roast that couldn’t have been better. The Italian sausage is great, with the atomic variety noted as fantastic. The bratwurst is also phenomenal. The deli offers delicious sides like potato salad and other salads, as well as pulled pork. Prices are fair and reasonable. The business also operates a food truck. The Ribeye Steak sandwich is highly praised, notably for not having steak sauce. A delicious but sweet bacon marmalade is available on the side. Fries are cooked to a nice crispy brown and tossed in a perfect amount of salt and pepper. The burger also looks promising. Many customers drive a significant distance, from 40 minutes to an hour each way, because the great service and products are worth it.

Been purchasing high quality meats for years but this Thanksgiving got the BEST turkey we ever had. Farm raised, fresh and had it spatchcock. Johnny G’s is our go-to. Shop local, shop small.

I have tried boneless and bone-in ribeye, porterhouse, pork chops, hotdogs, and different types of sausages. All have been great. Very friendly people too. Great place.
