0/10 stars. I got a membership in April wanting to save up credits for the winter. I ended losing my job in October and was not able to pay the membership fee that month. They began harassing me for payment, and once I answered the phone I asked them to please cancel my membership and I will use my accrued credit since I hadn’t used any of the massages that I already paid for for the last 4 months. The lady told me that I would still have to pay the membership fee which I declined to do since I was not going to be using their services. New Years Eve 2023 rolls around and I notice that they had still been charging me 4 months after I asked them to cancel my membership. I explained that I do not want to use their services and cancelled in October in which they replied “Yea, but you never signed the cancellation form so we cannot refund you at this time”. I had to call my bank and have them block my card and account from Massage Envy and get a refund through my bank as Massage Envy would not issue a refund. These people are fraudulent and will take every single penny they can for as long as they can. And to make matters worse, when I looked for the cancellation form in my email, Massage Envy never sent it(: and still has not sent it.

Paid $125 for the therapist to use pressure that was lighter than my baby could use. It was a skin rub down, not massage. She did the shoulders for 45 minutes and the rest of everything for 30 seconds per. I would never go back here

I scheduled a massage for the first time here and the appointment was more than a month out. As it got closer to the date I got a call that they were canceling the appointment because the person wouldn't be there. I didn't choose a specific person so not sure what the problem is. Needless to saying won't be trying to schedule the massage again.

Absolutely the worst ran business I have ever dealt with. Tried to post this without even 1 star but I had to choose at least one, which is one more than they deserve. Look at all the negative reviews. Don't waste your time and especially not your money.Same issue as everyone else, Had my appointments booked well in advance. They cancelled Sep, Oct Nov and 2 in Dec. But they keep billing me. I finally cancelled my membership and disputed the charges with my credit card company

I am so disappointed with Massage Envy. They either need to hire more massage therapists or refund you for credits on your account. I have so many stacked up because it’s very difficult to book an appointment anywhere within 20 miles. If you want to freeze your account it costs $20 so they’re making $’s for not being able to meet the demands of the consumers. Worst part is I’ve submitted the freeze form twice and have heard nothing back from the Bloomingdale location.

I had one massage with Austin and immediately signed up for a membership. It is something I look forward to every month. Pricing is reasonable and with the number of therapists/locations, there's flexibility in scheduling which was very important to me.

They cancelled my appointment day of my appointment after I booked it months in advance and then told me they couldn't reschedule for another few months!Also extremely disappointed by their lack of empathy and no apology. I was looking forward to it and planned my whole week around it, only for them to cancel on me last minute

Beyond upset.Scheduled an appointment 45 days ago, rearranged my work day to meet their schedule, and they cancelled 3 1/2 hours beforehand. If I did that I would have to pay them and they would ding my account.They cancelled my gfs appointment 45 minutes beforehand, hers was also scheduled a month and a half ago.

The Reason for 2 stars .. the Front desk person who greeted me and helped me was excellent. She was Pleasant and Professional. My Therapist was Skilled and Had a good grasp on pressure and technically was very good. The treatment room was comfortable and clean, and the facility seemed as a whole to be the same. The downsides .. although the facility has several therapists and the booking hours seem expansive they are scheduling a month or more out , something doesn't add up there. The thing that really was a negative and would influence my decision on whether to ever return was the other front desk person ... she stared at me but didn't utter a word ... I found that to be . Creepy. The massage I got from Ann was very good but I probably wouldn't book again , due to the creepy interaction with the Front desk.

First time visiting this place. The Staff are friendly , facility is clean and the massage was great, thank you Kevin. I was curious about the facial service, booked one and it was fabulous, thank you zoey. The best part about becoming a member, the availability of using any massage envy nationwide. My vacation, has been enhanced by "massage envy" ! Can't wait to book my next service. ?

Linsay is the most professional and knowledgeable person when it comes to getting your problems corrected through a massage. She knows what to do to get you back on your feet. She’s amazing. Can’t say enough. If you you want relief go to her. She will get it done.

I called to make an appointment during normal business hours on Tuesday, June 14, but the call went to voicemail. I had planned to sign up for an annual membership, but no one returned my call. I found another spa in the area who appreciates my business.
