“I am primarily reviewing this place based on Lab and not urgent care. As for my service here, I was pleased. You sign your name in for the lab, someone from registration gets it, they get you registered and then you wait for the lab tech to come out. I think I waited 15 min max between walking in the door and getting my blood drawn. The lab tech was also really nice as well as the registration staff. As for urgent care, being a healthcare worker myself, many things people complain about are unable to be treated. A virus will not be treated with antibiotics. As for how long you wait also depends on the severity of your illness-just like the ED. Just a little FYI.
Update: Urgent Care services. Had to utilize urgent care for a sickness. I was in and out within an hr. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and the assistant. Honestly, I can't complain.”
