We brought my father-in-law to get his pneumonia shot today, 4/9/24 at around 12PM. There was no one waiting to be attended. The pharmacist / nurse was acting really rude and unprofessional. She started by lecturing us that we should have done an appointment, being that the nurse last week, said it was not necessary. She almost threw the pad for my father-in-law to sign on some paperwork. My husband had to stop her to let her know that they didn't feel comfortable with the way they were being treated. She stated that she was all alone with no one to help her. But then again, there was no one else other than us!It is very sad to see how people really don't like their jobs. Bad customer service! I would not recommend Meijer's Pharmacy after today's encounter.

The stuff is rude. The pharmacy is ALWAYS out of stock for any medication. They make you come back 3 times and they act like they doing you a favor when they sell you medication. Don’t choose Meier pharmacy as your preferred pharmacy you will be discharged badly.

Nice place to shop most of the time. I had an appointment to receive a vaccine. I had to wait additional 45 minutes!! Only a few people at the counter to pick up medications. My appointment was mid morning.I should have re scheduled and wasted gas driving here again ??

Always mix up with names when prescription is filled. Staff need to take time to match with correct first name, last name, DOB and address.I keep waiting for text message. When I call, they says it was put on someone with same name.Otherwise, in general okay service.

The pharmacist likes to play doctor and will refuse medications your doctor ordered. Asked for a letter from him, and he wrote, signed, and faxed over a letter. Then she said she needed more than that.Trust me, they will pretend to play doctor as they just didn't get through actual medical school. You will run a risk of not receiving medication you need, which is sending me to an emergency room right now.Thanks fat blonde chick.

I got to the Pharmacy Drive Thru at 7:59pm. There was 1 car in front of me and it was now 8:01pm when they left. I thought they would still take me, it doesn't take more than 2 mins to get a Prescription that's ready. However I was turned down. This is not how Customers should be treated. I understand I came last minute, however they purposely took longer with the person in front of me and then closed shoo when I pulled up. This is by far a total Disrespect and I will make a Corporate Complaint regarding this. I am going to ask my mother to find a better Pharmacy that actually cares about its customers, these Individuals who are working here are Heartless and don't care if a patient doesn't get their medicine. Staying open 2 mins longer would not have been a challenge for them, however not having a Medicine can literally take someone's life. To my 100K plus followers do not use this Pharmacy !!

I know there is a pharmacy tech shortage and it’s not the techs fault but this locations lines are even bad for 2024 and WORSE than Walgreens (hard to believe)Also not the friendliest techs in the world sometimes

Been getting the same prescriptions filled there for months, but every time I go they only have a partial amount, or none at all. How don’t you keep it in stock when it’s selling every month? It’s not rocket science Meijer. Get your business together. You’re God AWFUL!!! Oh, and they’re extremely lazy!!

With all that is going on in this world with the pandemic, medication shortage, and inflation I can see where some of the bad reviews are coming from. Yes I have waited on hold for a long time, yes I have been treated sometimes with a little unfriendliness, but my needs at the end of the day still get met. It is clear that this location is short staffed and from my own personal experience with being short staffed we all need a little more patience and a little more kindness. I do see them working very hard and it does appear to be extremely short staffed. I could not fathom working in a pharmacy with all the shortages and what not people calling and calling about stuff they can probably figure out with out having to call. If we were just a bit more patient and a bit more understanding it would elevate the additional stress on the understaffed location as well as we would all have a more of a pleasant experience. :) BE KIND AND PATIENT !

All of you people complaining should try actually working in a pharmacy and then maybe you’ll see it’s called staffing shortages and if you’re too impatient to wait for your prescription, then please do us a favor and go somewhere somewhere else. Also, this is not McDonald’s where you can just come and pick up your prescription it doesn’t work like that if you’re wanting to grab and go your prescription you are in the wrong place. If you don’t like our pharmacy, then don’t come here. We don’t care.
