Just came in to be seen and spoke with “Anna” and explained what was wrong. She had no care in the world and just said we stopped talking patients about an hour ago. Didn’t even care to ask any further questions to see what was wrong. But instead said we open up tomorrow at 8am or I can give you other locations to visit. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Anna’s customer service was terrible.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location. The nursing staff was very nice and seemed to listen. However, when I was placed in a room, I was completely ignored. I was given an unnecessary x-ray when I told them it was not needed. I was then dismissed as having a cold when I have been having as asthma flare. I told them exactly what was wrong, how to treat it, and they have record of prior visits for the same issue. They gave me a coughing pill that specifically says not for treating asthma. I don't think the doctor even looked at the information the nurses provided. And now I am going to continue to suffer. Over 2 hours in that place as a complete waste of time and money.

My daughter just came home from an urgent care visit. She knew exactly what’s going on with her but nobody wanted to listen. This is the 4th year in a roll where she has asthma issues. She has a scheduled appt with her doctor but she needs help with breathing before her appt so she visited urgent care. She told them she didn’t need a chest X-ray but that’s one of the first things they did. Hopefully the steroid pills they gave her help until she can make it to the doc Friday. She told them exactly what she needed and they have record of this from last year so this should have been an in and out visit but 3 hours later she’s back home still in misery.

I am very satisfied with the work of the staff. I could have problems with registration, but the girl who registered me helped me. I would also like to thank Olga, who was very kind to my son. and of course Dr. James Yanke who examined my son, he was very good, he tried very hard to help. review 10/10.. I waited in line for about 30 minutes. I liked everything

Long wait time, but the front desk team, technicians, nurses and doctor were extremely courteous, helpful and attentive to my care.

Cris was very kind and patient with my son who had a high grade fever, vomited, and was hard to be tested for strep which turned out to be positiv .I appreciate your calm and kidness to my 5 year old son. That made a nice experience for him.Dr. Syed was very kind and explained to my son every step he was doing. This was our second time at NW Immediate Care and both times we had great experience starting with the front desk members and ending with the nurse and doctor!

I had an injury to my finger I’m a diabetic and the intake person said” do you have an appointment?”I said no it’s urgent care. “ oh we are not taking any more intakes” by appointment only. . She was rude she didn’t even ask me how I feel. If I get complications due to my diabetes and neglect from NORTHWESTRN. I’m going to go public

I go to this location any time myself and my daughter need to be seen and our doctors can't see us. They're always friendly and take time to help us. Usually the wait time is not bad, but I do look online for the wait time before I go.

They messed up the timing of my appointment. I was told 2 pm but for some reason they entered my slot as 1:48. Therefore when I arrived they refused to see me. After arguing this, about twenty minutes later, they sorted it out with the back and admitted their mistake. And was finally seen almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. Appreciate the front desk staff trying to correct the situation.

Worst experience at an immediate care. Wait time is 4-5 times longer than the website shows. Staff has ZERO sense of urgency. I went in and waited over 4 hours before I was able to see a doctor and they told me that was a short time because they have an extra doctor on staff. Daughter is there now and has been there since 20 min after they opened at 8am....it is now 12:40pm and still has yet to see a doctor. Staff is too busy on their phones and screwing around at the desks to actually care to see the patients. Absolute waste of an immediate care....close this place down or hire more people who actually care!

Worst experience ever. I had the PA Christina and she was talking down to me. She showed no concern for my health issue. I won't recommend this Immediate Care. It is Northwestern by name, not actual Northwestern Memorial Hospital. You need to do a better job in hiring people to take care of your patients.

I don not recommend, if you care about your health. My Mother in Law Has been going to Dr.Mcgraw (at this location) for a couple years , and check ups here and there but he has not once communicated with her about what she needs to do better or what she should and shouldnt be doing. He just prescribed medication.

My grandfather had a fall and the 2 receptionists at the front decided to finish their conversation before asking me what I needed help with. I told them my grandfather needed a wheelchair to get in and they pointed in the direction of one. When I asked if they could help me bring him in they immediately said no with no explanation. If you're working in the medical field and you don't enjoy helping people you should just quit.I understand they don't want to be liable if something were to happen but they could have explained that to me. It's not about what they said it's about how they said it.Very unfortunate that the staff up front was so unprofessional having very loud conversations about their personal lives because the doctor and nurses were very helpful and helped my grandfather back into my car after treating him for his broken ankle. The doctor even seemed shocked when I told him they wouldn't help me get him inside!

One of the checkin receptionist is more concerned about texting then checking people in. She would check someone in and then send a few text, then take another person and then go back to text for a few more minutes. Very unprofessional especially when you have a waiting room full of patients watching. I expect more professionalism from a place like Northwestern.

Beautiful Building-But awful & unprofessional service. They deny services for immediate care to my mother & an older couple because they want to leave on the clock. An excuse of “doctor doing too much overtime “ yet patients were going in & out quickly, it was only 6:30pm and they close at 8:00pm and let me tell you the 20 minute talk both receptionists were having with the same patient about unreasonable & unrelated discussions to the medical field BUT their personal lives . Knowing there were still people waiting to be registered, where that time would have been used to register patients. As a former nurse for years who worked in internal medicine & occ , this is unacceptable behavior & the worst service i ever encountered. Unfortunately my mom’s insurance is accepted in only northwestern locations & this is our closest for an immediate response and this is how they run things? Such a disappointment for Glendale Heights, Carol Stream residents ETC. who have to cross their fingers & hope they aren’t turned around and being told “ we are all “full”, doctor can’t see you” .I apologize to many patients who have came here looking for care & encountered what we did , for those before coming here : THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS, & professional individuals that will actually make the time to see you & assist you & care for your health not give a dam if they will be late for dinner because I’ve worked with those before and they do exist , i will never understand why people decide to work in medicine if you dont have the patience , care , or time because at the end you aren’t making a difference, you are making things more difficult.
