I would give you zero If I could. You saw my daughter a 14 year old minor and refuse to provide me the exit paper work. I will not play the 24hrs of phone tag.

I called the front desk to make me an appointment. But then she ask for my medical card number. I told her to give me a second but then she ended the call. I had to wait for 30 mins again. Very rude and disrespectful. The way she talk to me was so rude.

I went because I lost 80% of my athletic abilities due to what my job did to my knees. X-rays took 10 minutes, doctor came in looking perplexed, told me there's no structural issues, did a couple stretches and he basically gave my knees a massage and asked if it hurt, it didn't hurt, it actually felt good.. I got the impression I was wasting his time. In total I spent 10 minutes with him and he sent me away and then I got a $324 bill sent to me. Moral of the story: Don't go unless you're broken.

Was told that my insurance covered the clinic but because the name of the doctor wasn't the same, I wasn't able to do my visit with my physician. Bias/Racial profile, who knows but their just going to get away with it and sometime that alone is just so disappointing, because you just don't feel like giving that same respect you want at any clinic.

Staff was very friendly, office was clean. I was seen at my appointment time. My nurse Sugey made me feel very comfortable and explained everything well. Dr.Katherine Collins answered all my questions and explained everything very detailed made sure I had everything answered before I left. Definitely will be coming back for my follow up appointments.
