Nicki did a horrible job on my puppy. She charged me the experience price and didn't finish her job right. The party area wasn't clean up, broke my puppy nails, the face cut was un-even. she even blamed my puppy and got nervous, which I had never heard before on any other gommers. THINK TIWCE BEFORE YOU COME HERE!!!!

We have been taking classes with Miss Nancy at this location, training our puppy to eventually become my son's emotional support animal.
He has some special needs and Nancy welcomed him to join us and get involved in every class.
Will definitely be attending the next class levels with her!

The store manager Christie Jones is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Made me feel so horrible and belittled me in front of others. Asked her a simple question and then she refused to accept my return but had no problem accepting my purchase. Told me that I couldn’t read because I wasn’t aware of their return policy and was unable to read a small sign behind the register and blocked by the employee working the counter. Even the other employees were uncomfortable. I’ve been coming to petsmart for many many years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any of their locations. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure that this is corrected and doesn’t happen to anyone one else that shops at any of their stores. Please discipline her.

Brought my dog in to be groomed. The groomer cut the tip of my dogs ear off. When I picked up my dog, I overheard one of the groomers say “wait she did it again”. I’m sorry but this groomer has done this more than once?!?! The groomer’s name was Nicki.

Had to get Prescription food for my cat. They took off 10% which is less than Chewy charges.

don’t bother paying for any upgrades with your grooming services, they will just do a basic wash and cut regardless. My dogs ears were lopsided and his cut is choppy. the new groomers are rude. I recommend choosing anywhere else to groom your dog.

Unable to make an appointment online or on the app, and when calling the store to book, there is no answer. Not helpful or useful when trying to book an appointment for my dog!
