Huge props to Parker Binning & the Tim Binning team for helping me through the often wild journey that is purchasing a home. It was certainly not easy due to complications with loan approval, inspection, contract etc., but the Binning team stood by the entire time working diligently to find creative solutions. I've been good friends with Parker Binning for many years & have used him as an agent in the past, and recognize how hard he works day in/day out from dusk til dawn for his clients. I was told constantly along the way "if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be"; but through the hard work of RE/MAX All Pro and their team (and a little luck), it ended up in fact meant to be. Also HUGE shoutout to Joe & Marilyn from Motto Mortgage, as well as Kim & Bob on the legal side of things for making this all work. Did not know broker (Dawn Bolender) personally, but knew of her and her reputation was solid. Pleased with Broker and overall experience with agency. She was very helpful and was always there to ask questions regarding home improvements including even picking the new carpet that we installed. Also, very pleased with results. She managed multiple bids and we were ultimately able to sell at $52K above asking price.

Had two houses to sell, was referred by a friend to contact Angie Lotz at Remax. She did an amazing job with both listings, and photos. Had offers on both within days. Angie did an outstanding job selling our house. The sale of our house was during a divorce which made things very complex and difficult. Angie was able to work through all the issues and helped each of us come to an agreement and a final sale.
