I love this shop for simply existing and being an option. I yoyo a lot in weight from being postpartum with my baby but I’ve had such good finds at this shop from shape-wear, formal wear, wallets, and jewelry.
The owner is a girl’s girl and the staff is friendly. I live in Chicago and make the 45min drive to her shop just to support than going to other stores or resorting to online shops.

I love this place, and Rachel (the owner) always makes me feel welcome! I'm super bummed that I can't shop here more often, since I moved to Texas last year, but I still come by when I'm in town to browse and pick up some new clothes. I love that she carries brands like Torrid at a fraction of the new price.

I love this place. My first purchase was a pair of shoes for a wedding, then a dress for a baby shower, then jeans and a sweatshirt for everyday, and most recently, my entire outfit from pants, shirt and boots for Christmas, plus accessories for Christmas gifts! They literally have clothing and more for all occasions and everyday wear. I highly recommend Secondhand Curves. Plus the owner and all the staff are super sweet and helpful.

Secondhand Curves Resale is the absolute best. I never leave empty handed. The clothing, shoes, and purses are affordable and in great condition. My daughters are a smaller size yet always find something they cannot live without. Before coming to Secondhand I struggled with enjoying the shopping experience. But coming into your shop changed all of that. You and your staff are like cheerleaders who helped me get my confidence back. Thank you

I love this place. Whenever I need new clothes it’s my first stop. I have found great pieces for special occasions or cute wardrobe updates as my side has changed with pregnancy. Every time I go I end up buying so much more than I intend to because I find such great stuff. Excellent pricing, great variety, just overall awesome store.

As a customer, I just want to share that the owner is incredibly meticulous about what she brings in — everything I’ve purchased has been excellent quality and often feels basically new.
What really keeps me coming back is the experience. Every time I’m in the store, she encourages me (in a no-pressure way) to step outside my comfort zone and actually try things on. I always walk out with something I never thought I’d wear — and as someone who basically only wears black, that’s a huge gift.
For me, the quality, curation, and personalized experience is one of the many reasons I love her shop

Had a chance to visit for the first time yesterday. Just over an hour from Chicago (traffic. bleh.), it was well worth the trip! The folks there were super friendly, hilarious, and completely committed to serving the plus sized community. Picked up a few great pieces and can't wait to go back in the future!

I have been shopping at Secondhand Curves since 2021. At this point, 80% of my wardrobe has come from here. Rachel and her staff are the best!!! They help me put pieces together and are the absolute kindest. I have purchased the cutest jumpsuits and dresses for special occasions, jeans, shorts, blouses, sweaters, cardigans handbags, shoes, boots, accessories, and fragrances...I even have a few coats This has become my all time favorite store and my entire family knows it! I love that I get to explore so many brands, styles, and colors all at affordable prices. The ladies all have such great attitudes and are so friendly and helpful. Rachel has done a phenomenal job creating a welcoming, inclusive, well-curated space!!!! There are so many reasons this is my favorite store. If you are on the fence about going or if it is a far drive, it is definitely worth it.

This has been one of my favorite places to shop for many years now! I always feel welcome in there. It’s so much fun to shop and see what new treasures are in store! The selection is great, the staff is great, Rachel (the owner) is great, and I always meet awesome people when I’m in the store. Even if you are not size L or up, stop in to check out what cute accessories she has, or designer purses. Their prices are also fantastic!
