Absolutely wonderful service! Our pump hose broke, and not only did Springsoft get us on the schedule right away, their technician was able to arrive hours before originally anticipated. This is the second time Chris has been our technician, and he is amazing! He has the rare talent of being able to easily explain a technical process, and I truly appreciate the time he takes to make sure I understand our system. Thank you Chris and Srpingsoft for such wonderful service!!

I purchased a Springsoft water softener (self-installed) in January this year and I am very happy with the operation of my new unit. This is my second softener as I purchased my first unit in 1994 which ran for 30 years with regular maintenance. I needed service recently as the new system wasn’t regenerating at the proper interval. Chris the service tech performed the service and found I didn’t input the correct data based on the water sample so it was an easy reprogram of the system. From top to bottom I have had nothing but great service in dealing with everyone at Springsoft! I love the fact I’ve had responses directly from the owner regarding questions about my system. Erick, you have a great team!

The first thing Chris did was test our water it's BAD but I knew that. Smell the chlorine. The service was great everything explained and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Springsoft to anyone needing your products and services.

Kudos to the team at Springsoft!! Originally our RO System was installed by Springsoft many years ago. They have always been very responsive to all my requests for replacements parts, i.e., filters, component parts, etc. Recently in the process of conducting routine maintenance, I experienced an issue with one of my shut off valves. In a panic I called My Springsoft parts representative and he immediately responded and provided me with new part and plenty of support. I must commend the team at this facility. They haven't missed a beat in all the years of doing business and to this day still provide top service to their customers. AWESOME Team! Excellent service!T&T

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chris a technician from Springsoft to inspect our reverse osmosis system. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.He arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He quickly determined the problem but then found a different glitch in our system and fixed that. He worked efficiently and left my home clean and tidy after the installation was complete.Not only was Chris knowledgeable and skilled, he also provided excellent customer service. Somewhat rare these days.Overall, we were extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by Chris. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a water softener installation or service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We recently had a water softener system installed by them. The salesperson was very professional and the installation was smooth as well.Found an issue the next day but it was resolved upon contacting the salesperson. A test was also provided afterwards and the system is working as intended.Hope this review helps other consumers like us.

Poor service when they take your call, besides the man called Luis get mad when he's is suppose the expert one, he doesn't know how to talk to customers.
