Kudos to the team at Springsoft!! Originally our RO System was installed by Springsoft many years ago. They have always been very responsive to all my requests for replacements parts, i.e., filters, component parts, etc. Recently in the process of conducting routine maintenance, I experienced an issue with one of my shut off valves. In a panic I called My Springsoft parts representative and he immediately responded and provided me with new part and plenty of support. I must commend the team at this facility. They haven't missed a beat in all the years of doing business and to this day still provide top service to their customers. AWESOME Team! Excellent service!T&T

Chris was here to service the reverse osmosis unit that I had issues with. Chris was an exceptional serviceman. He was friendly, informed and took great pride in his work. He is definitely a role model for the company. I will request him in the future! He is an asset to Springsoft. The best who has ever serviced my unit.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chris a technician from Springsoft to inspect our reverse osmosis system. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.He arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He quickly determined the problem but then found a different glitch in our system and fixed that. He worked efficiently and left my home clean and tidy after the installation was complete.Not only was Chris knowledgeable and skilled, he also provided excellent customer service. Somewhat rare these days.Overall, we were extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by Chris. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a water softener installation or service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We recently had a water softener system installed by them. The salesperson was very professional and the installation was smooth as well.Found an issue the next day but it was resolved upon contacting the salesperson. A test was also provided afterwards and the system is working as intended.Hope this review helps other consumers like us.

Poor service when they take your call, besides the man called Luis get mad when he's is suppose the expert one, he doesn't know how to talk to customers.

BEWARE! I never write reviews, but I have to warn others. I don’t have a problem with their products, but the way they handled customer service. We were getting odor and scheduled a service. They asked all kinds of question over the phone so knew the situation. We waited several days; and when the service guy came, he walked in and quickly pushed our salt down (which apparently was stuck to side). He said it happens then said “no service needed.” He was in our home less than 2 minutes! Then charge us $145!!! If this happens why didn’t they suggest we check for this over the phone! We called and they kept saying “this is our policy”. I guess their policy is to take your money for no reason! SHAME ON YOU!

Had to have a service call due to some water leakage. The tech Anthony arrived on time, very professional, found and corrected the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I moved in to a home that had the springsoft water softener and RO. I did not know the mechanics of everything, so I asked for a tech to come out and inspect to ensure everything was working correctly. He ran tests and told me that everything was fine. Later on that week, my RO was spitting out murky water through the spout. My wife told me that the RO system was making noise and would not turn off. She unplugged it and plugged in back in and the noise stopped. However I called the company, and was told it may take two weeks for the system to reset and clean water would come through. I was also told that someone will reach out to come take a look. No one ever did and that was a month ago. My purified water is not purified. The tech was nice but who ever answers the phone needs training in customer service. - still waiting on a call back and someone to come out.

They make their own schedules and then lie about them. Missed almost a full day of work for something that took 5 minutes. Next time UTube. Because I will not be able to count on their services anymore. I will use another company if need be.

I highly recommend this company. I had scheduled an appointment to have our water softener repaired through the Home Advisor App. The appointment was scheduled, but a couple of days before, Al (a customer rep and sales person with the company) called to ask some questions before they sent someone out. He wanted to make sure that I was not charged for an unnecessary service call. He gave me some steps. I walked through them. The problem was resolved with no charge. Amazing! A company that truly serves its customers can genuinely be trusted!
