I’m new to the area and was excited when I came across this place. At first I was content with Gina’s work but after my last couple of visits I’m no longer going here. Gina is very rude and passive aggressive. They only treat certain customer well. I’ve been very polite every time, and noticed it every time. They steer me away from what I want and never happy with the color.

I will not be going back they infected both my toes when I told them not to pick at them !!! One toe lost a whole nail and the other turned so red and had puss coming out of it I could barely walk and I’m on vacation which makes me mad ? this place is getting bad !!!

Not sure the name of the tech who did my hands (maybe the owner)or toes; but I went in at 545 they close at 600pm. They assisted me with a smile, took their time and even offered me food ( they were having a little party for one of the nail techs who going on vacation back home for a while)! These people are so kind. I am a particular / difficult person and I don’t have to ask or correct anything. Very talented ladies! And super happy, great personalities! I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have a nail tech at home but due to me traveling with my job I have to take what I can get! Today I have been blessed by blessed hands!Services: Foot massages

As a small business owner myself, I understand how business works and customer service. I have tried to give this nail salon the benefit of the doubt and support a local family salon but today was it. I have been receiving the worst customer service my past couple of services. My services aren’t complicated just no chip and regular pedicure but every Time it feels like I’m getting discriminated for some reason. I Pay for ny services and always tip well. But always get treated wrongfully. It’s not fair. Gina owner is the rudest and as well as the daughter that is most not even licensed to be working. Today I asked for an upgrade on a pedicure and got denied bc the other gina that always does my pedicure has other appointments when I had scheduled my services 2 weeks in advance.I asked her to show me two colors to see which one I liked on my toes and told me no that she didn’t have Time so she said painted my arm without my permission as If that was acceptable. WORST WORST experience ever. They only treat certain clients well. This type of customer service is unforgivable and absolutely unacceptable for PAYING CUSTOMERS. Never never coming back and NOT RECOMMEND

New to the area and was really hoping I would find a great nail spa on my first try. I would never recommend this place. It was obvious the nail tech was bothered by doing my nails. My nails are long and was told I had acrylic on them when I have been getting dip for a long time. She seemed frustrated having to remove it and struggled doing so which makes me believe they use cheap dip polish. 60$ for white dip on my natural nails, with missing polish spots and an uneven trim, I was a bit disappointed to say the least. I asked why it was so much and they couldn’t break down the pricing for me. I left confused and definitely won’t be back.Service: Manicure

Nice at first but then my tech heated the clay mask applied it to my leg , I about jumped out of the chair, he burned my leg. Never had the clay hot before usually it's soothing. Bad experience!Service: Pedicure

Had high hopes because of the ratings. However, I left disappointed. The manicure lasted a total of 10 mins and cost $25. Couple fingers a and cuticles were outlined with nail polish. When I asked to fix them, I was told “it’s too late, wash your hands few times”. Then when I seemed displeased, the lady said something in another language to another tech and laughed. Safe to say, won’t be coming back.

I really really wanted to like this place! Just had the worst pedicure and semi ok no chip manicure. Asked for sparkle, no sparkle, asked for my cuticles to be pushed back and forget to do that. Again, I really wanted to like this place but two times is enoughServices: Manicure

Will not be going here again. Received mediocre manicure, wanted square shaped nails ended getting round shape. The lady I had kept sighing the whole time. Charged $36 for no chip.

Love the way my nails look after each visit! The staff is friendly and works quick, but ensures perfect work! I just moved here and am glad I found this place! It's hard to find a name salon that has good work and great people, so I got lucky!

Gina is the BEST! I have tried many different places. The biggest problem is with salons...they can be a hit or miss experiences. I have learned through trial and many errors...to stick with Gina for everything except hair....lol. Gina is also professional, friendly, and personable. She gets to know her regulars well. A lot of other places, the staff is not at all friendly. But, on the other hand...a lot of these places...the staff is treated with such disrespect & we demand too much out of them. Some of the clients treat them like they are servants, & that's just HORRIBLE. They are human & without them, we could not look our best. So, I give Gina & all those who do their jobs well my highest respect.

Gina is the best!!!!!!!. Her work is impeccable. She's amazing with cleaning the cuticles, and no-chip always last me a month. I been going to her for 4+ years and will continue. Super clean environment as well. Highly recommend this nail salon. ?
